I was born and raised in Westchester County NY. I played 5 years of NCAA football for Springfield College while studying to become a physical education teacher in the Movement of Sports Studies program.
I fell in love with fitness at the age of 13. This is because I grew up near a fitness and sports facility called Premier Athletic Club. This facility became my second home, where I would train, work, and learn about fitness. Whether it was competition for charity, or working out with friends, fitness became my love.

Contact for time, prices, deals, locations, etc. I offer 1 on 1 sessions, group sessions, NCAA prep, speed and agility training, and many more. Includes all ages male and female. I have been through many trials and tribulations in my life. Every year I speak to the Springfield College Football team about topics such as overcoming adversity, the dangers of substance abuse, and share my personal story that I believe everyone can learn from.
I had contacted Mark about the possibility of working with my son Kyle who has special needs and nonverbal. We met Mark at the gym and he immediately started working with Kyle. Kyle can be noncomiant and impulsive. Mark was able to adapt the exercises so Kyle was successful. Kyle has been going twice a week for 3 months now.
I've just started training with Mark and I've already seen what a great motivator and mentor he can be. He's passionate about what he does and he makes challenging my limit an enjoyable experience. Mark is an extremely motivational and inspiring trainer and person. He is always high-energy, personally and in his profession.
I was introduced to Mark by a friend. We discussed my goals. Every single workout he pushes me to my limit and motivates me the whole time, reminding me why I chose to do this. He is very dedicated to his clients and makes you feel like the sky is the limit and there's nothing you can't do all while being extremely positive and encouraging.
