I have been a fitness instructor for over 20 years, teaching various classes, then becoming a certified personal trainer, before finding my love for teaching Yoga. I created Putnam Yoga to provide a one of a kind yoga experience that combines both cutting edge and traditional yoga styles. Great studio and atmosphere with a wide variety of accessible classes for all levels. Putnam Yoga has transitioned well to include ZOOM based interactions. The instructors are all well qualified and present modifications as well as athletic challenges and a warm spirituality. Classes are inclusive for all levels. Beginner entry level classes as well as seminars on special topics/workshops are offered.

Putnam Yoga is an amazing place to practice yoga! They’ve created a community of yogi’s at all levels...there are classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced practices. In these challenging times, Christine Dodge (the owner) has figured out a way for us to continue our yoga practice through “zoom” classes, outdoor classes and most recently small classes back in the studio! The instructors are friendly and welcoming...it is truly a “no judgment” studio. I highly recommend checking out the classes at Putnam Yoga!

Love love love! The past few yoga studios I tried out, I've felt like I showed up to a party I wasn't invited to. This is not the feeling you get at Putnam Yoga. The staff was very welcoming and your first class is free - which pays for itself because you will be back! I also like the instruction of the teachers here, they really make sure you're taking poses properly and safely - something I haven't experienced in a studio for a long time. If you're looking for a new place for yoga practice, look no further than Putnam Yoga.
