I’ve been living here for about 5 months now. It used to be a great place to live but after the new management company (RPM) took over in November, 2021 everything has gone downhill. I know transition takes time, so I’ve waited for two months to write this review, but nothing has changed and it’s getting worse and worse.
1. Mailroom is always a mess. Staff of the old management used to recycle and clean up the two recycling bins daily. They used to sort out the packages on the floor from small to big packages too. The mailroom used to be neat and clean but now the new management doesn’t

My reason for making this review is that The Register recently (2021 Mid-December) switched management over to RPM, which I believe will cause nothing but bad things to come. Since switching they've removed the community portal which residents would use to report things like misplaced or stolen packages, which happens very frequently, and to report other issues with the community; the staff also used this portal to create fun events and post updates. With this feature being removed and replaced by a dull rent payment portal, that doesn't even work half the time, I see this apartment only heading

Recently the complex was acquired by new management. There was already problems with trash, stolen packages, noise complaints, and unprofessional office staff. However, under the new management it seems that things are only going to get worse. There is trash all over the complex, from a filthy mailroom, to overflowing trash rooms, even random empty takeout boxes in the elevator.
The exit gate has been broken nearly a month, the trash compactor stays broken, ripped up carpeting on the first floor, dirty bathrooms by the pool. The hallways smell of trash, and weed. Needless to say the upkeeping

At the beginning of my lease this apartment complex was great. Packages were always delivered in lockers, maintenance came when I had issues etc. recently they were bought out and now I call the office semi frequently for issues and they don’t even pick up the phone. I’ve now had packages stolen and maintenance request “checked” as fulfilled but the problem was never fixed. Will not be renewing my lease

Have been living at The Register for about 7 months now, and can’t help but notice the decline in cleanliness and overall care. Trash rooms are constantly full with overflowing smelly garbage due to the trash compactor not functioning correctly and only working half the time. Both trash can areas in mail room haven’t been touched in weeks, and with the influx of holiday packages loading up the lockers, they have been leaving packages amongst the pile of junk mail around the counter areas. Walked out to the parking garage a few nights ago and all lights are off at top level, leaving every car

Used to love this place but it's really gone downhill. The building smells like weed constantly and the hallways and trash rooms are always filthy. Maintenance requests are ignored and we gave up on noise complaints since nothing was solved. There are better apartments for much cheaper. It makes me sad because I used to love it here but with all the issues there's no difference between this place and a cheaper one. Also had packages stolen a few times.
There used to be a lot of good things like community events etc but they seem to have stopped. There isn't a way to really reach maintenance atm

Let me start off by saying that unfortunately I didn't lease here, only because there were no available floorplans that fit my needs. I walked in with no appointment and Joseph was able to assist me right away. We went over a few options in the office on their enormous touch screen and even toured a few apartment homes. I was coming from a house and at the time they did not have any 2 or 3 bedrooms available. The finishes are amazing, the amenities are well thought out and the location couldn't be better. Once my lease is up at my current place I will definitely be looking into The Register again

Apartment units are nice and that’s about it. The walls are extremely thin, so you’ll hear your neighbors party all through the night. Also, if someone is smoking next to you be prepared for unit to smell as well. Good luck getting management to help you. Take this in consideration when thinking of them as an option for your next lease.

I will say this is one of the best communities I’ve ever lived in. Chaz was my agent and I loved his energy the whole time. He answered every question I had and made me feel so comfortable. The staff is amazing and are on top of every request I I’ve had. The neighborhood is great and I have no complaints.

I highly recommend The Register! I just moved in and everything turned out great! Seraphina was awesome and I honestly don’t know what I would of done without her! She made my move in process so smooth and was so sweet even when I asked a million questions! This company is lucky to have her! I love my apartment and happy to be here.
