Whether it's a small drip or a larger steady leak, the continuous moisture build-up can lead to mold growth, cracks in your drywall, damage to your ceilings, and can even affect your home's foundation. If you suspect you have some plumbing that may be leaking inside your home, call a professional plumber to come and examine the signs you're seeing, and any other plumbing questions you may have, so you can get your home back to working order.
There is no substitute for hands on experience. As the son of a home builder, I was on the job site in one way or another from the time I could walk. In my lifetime I have built new homes, performed remodels, and done renovation work for myself and various companies in Gunnison, Crested Butte, and Colorado Springs.

I really can't thank Jake enough for his friendly demeanor and professionalism. It was our first inspection so I don't have much to compare it to, but he was diligent, efficient, and knowledgeable. He emailed us the overview report within hours of finishing the inspection, and it was complete with extremely helpful photographs. We are purchasing a house along with our daughter. Our daughter lives in the area, we don't. Jake did an excellent & thorough job inspecting our perspective house. He was very helpful explaining issues to our daughter as she followed him around the house. Jake immediately emailed us an extremely detailed report. I contacted Jake the following day and we spent almost an hour reviewing his inspection. This was very reassuring since we won't see the house until we close.

I had just went under contract for my new home and Jake Shaw, Certified Professional Inspector, came out to complete my house inspection. He offered professional yet friendly service. He performed a very thorough inspection, not rushed or… haphazard. We completed a walkthrough together and he pointed out all finding, offering suggestions and tips when warranted. When I called Jake, He was very professional and informative but yet personable. He actually took the time to answer any and all questions that I had about what services he would provide as well as additional services like radon or sewer. He preformed a excellent quality of inspection of the house we plan to buy. He brought up all concerns that he found as well as alleviating the stresses we had prior to the inspection. Jake was great - he went over everything and then some in our home inspection and made sure we understood what he was putting in his report. He took the time to walk us through where all important safety and maintenance shut-offs were, as well as what items needed to be addressed immediately vs. what was cosmetic.

I had Jake conduct the inspection on my potential new home it was 4130ish square foot and Jake did an outstanding job. He checked every outlet and switch, crawled into every spot he could fit including the roof attic area. Very in-depth and explained all the potential issues he saw.
