Terrible place to live. Don’t waste your time nor your money. The office looks nice, but the rest of the complex is a dump. The office doesn’t respond to emails regarding issues to the home. Since day one I have moved in I had regretted my decision. I applied for a town home and on move in day they changed my home to a different unit. Then I get to the new unit to be greeted by a leaking toilet all over the floor. The sink lifts from the back which still haven’t been fixed after multiple emails and work orders put in, the walls aren't painted correctly, the vinyl flooring is cracked, the

As they have many sister properties they will not run your application if you have been denied by any of them in the past. Don't waste your time applying as they are a part of the massive application scam going on where apartment have you apply and then send you a generic denial response without doing any work and taking your application fee

Moved here in January and pay $1150 for a one bedroom. Got a letter today saying they are "pleased to offer me" rent of $1467.... Do the math, 27.56% increase in under a year. Look online and the same place is $1565 for new tenants. When asked why the INSANE increase they say "well people from California are happy to pay it". If you're wanting to move to place that will spike your rent during Covid... by all means move here. Every where else in the city doesn't hit you with that percentage increase. Pure greed in such a hard time for most people. I'm not sure

I lived in Milan for 2 years, in two different apartments. I paid my rent on time every month and never caused issues. I only submitted maintenance requests when absolutely necessary and tried to be a model tenant. They sent my renewal, and my rent was going up $262 a month. Obviously, I called the office to find out if this was for real and was told, "The owner feels like we are getting enough foot traffic coming in off the street, that we can afford to lose a few tenants." Upstairs neighbor has a dog and for the past few months has been what sounds like stampeding back and forth late hours. Always get woken up by this sound and the management seems to say this is normal apartment living. Being in property management I can clearly state that being woken up multiple times a week around 11/12 midnight to a dog running back and forth is not normal living. They informed me I need to file a report with security which is crazy. I'm sick of this place and counting the days til my baby stops getting woken up and I stop hearing the neighbors dog.

My car was broken into and some tools were stolen and my handicap sign was thrown to the ground. The car was towed to northern Las Vegas (24 miles away) and has broken widow motors now and cost me $400 to get it back. It was towed again when I was working n it all night my garage door is broken and only works manually. Another ?40? Cant get a hold of management (phone mail not) and they raised the rent. No pool, no gym. Nothing. There are many ch better places for less to rent in Vegas!

I truly don't understand how these apartments have gotten such a low rating! First I'd like to say thank you to Claudia & Bailey (hope their names are spelled correctly) they are heaven sent. Very upfront honest and to the point. They helped me so much with my move in process. If you have children I highly recommend the schools in the area are perfect! And there is plenty of shopping near. The inside of the apartments are very spacious! And each apartment has a very large patio which I love it has allowed me to set up an additional play area for my girls.

I made an appointment at 11:40am on 6/6/21, but none of the agent was in the leasing office. We arrived there 30 mins earlier, so didn't mind waiting until the appointment time. However, even after 30 mins passed from the appointment time, zero person showed up in the office. What is the point of making an appointment then? I was able to see how unprofessional and unresponsive the management team of this property. I will never consider this place as my future residence or recommend this place to anybody. What an AWFUL experience. Thank you for making me wait under the VEGAS SUN IN JUNE, WASTING

This has been the worst apartment I've ever rented at. A couple weeks ago, a FELON who was involved in shooting a cop resided inside the residence. 20+ police cars, a helicopter, and over 50 heavily armed men spent the entire day trying to extract the felon. Not ONCE did the leasing office provide ANY type of communication and I had to read about it in the news. It is overall a filthy place to live. I found several cockroaches in the apartment. A resident has dog feces completely covering his patio and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The apartments are old. The pool was closed

Don't move here. Staff does not care about tenants, also a major theft problem. Very dirty and trash everywhere. They never fixed the heating in my apt, vents don't work in bedrooms. Everything here is bad. They also have a pest control problem that includes roaches & rats. Save your money, don't move here. Terrible.

This complex has changed sooooooooooooooooooo much since we moved in 2 years ago. When me and my wife first got here, it seemed to be a dream in the oasis. Nice place, gym, nice people. I have to say it was a great place to live.
They allowed us to break our lease and pay one month's rent to move into our new home after we were freshly married. There were great neighbors, fun gatherings, and everyone was looking out for one another. Good times.

I live in this complex. The managers in this complex is not friendly and does NOT have any customer service. During the pandemic, all the amenities are closed which is understandable, however, this complex has NOT have any sympathy to its residents. We all still paying full price rent without any consideration to its residents situation during the pandemic. In addition, as of June 5th, all other apartment complex in Las Vegas opened their gym, clubhouse and pool. Our complex is still closed as they are NOT planning tonreopen anytime soon. My husband and I lived at Milan for 1 year with our dog. We rented a two bedroom townhome with an attached garage. We really enjoyed living at Milan for many reasons. There are some negatives but overall our neighbors were awesome, our apartment was nice, and everything was overall well kept.
