Don't sign a lease with this property unless you're prepared to deal with a racist and rude leasing office manager. Management changed recently and nothing has been the same since. New leasing manager will literally laugh in your face. My mother in law was residing in the apartment at the time, had just gotten out of surgery and the lease was a few days from being terminated. The leasing manager was extremely inconsiderate and disregarded CDC guidelines by trying to enter the apartment to do a "walk-through" multiple business days prior to termination of the lease. I moved here last year and due to family issues I have to leave I would recommend anyone to say here, it’s nice they don’t keep you out of the loop on anything when it comes to painting or any type of work being done… Lisa is the best loving and understanding person you have done well with your job Miss Lady 💋 And Alexandra is so helpful and a wonderful person ‼️

We moved into our apartment about 3 years ago, the leasing manager Lisa, is very polite, pleasant, & funny.😄
You can tell she likes to build a good rapport with the residents. We love living here! The maintenance is excellent. Pre- covid-19, maintenance is on the problem the day of, or the following day!
Post covid-19, it's a little bit longer, which is completely understandable.
Management is very conscientious about keeping the grounds clean, and well maintained. Presently we are undergoing an upgrade, where the crew are painting and putting up wooden panels.
We're excited to see the end

I moved in December, so I've been here for 2 months. My whole experience was amazing! Everything was so easy. I found this apartment a couple months before move in. I took a tour and Lisa was really helpful and gave me all the information I needed. She was on time for the tour, and I wasn't left waiting around at all like I was for MANY of the other apartments I looked into. I came again a month later just to make sure it was the right decision. Both times there was a room available for me to look at, and Lisa was on time and friendly as can be! By the second time I came the office knew my name

I had a bad review on here and didn’t realize it was still on here. It was wrote at a time I was very unhappy living here. I’ve lived here almost 6 years now. The Manager Lisa joined the Collier team over a year ago. She has change this place 200%! Yes I had many issues in the past but it took a very special and caring person to take over Pinetree Gardens. It is so beautiful here. Beautiful plants and flowers everywhere. Lisa has a whole different approach than any other manager that has worked here. She is very easy to talk to and takes Any complaints very serious. The maintenance crew is

I think the staff is very nice but overall the building are very old walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors in there bathroom talking . The water is always being cut off . Due to them trying to fix things.The parking here sucks at night don’t think you will have a spot to park if you go out at night. Things fall apart such as kitchen cabinets and draws and they won’t re do the counter top until you move out even if you have been living here over 4 years . The only reason why I’m still staying here is the area other then that I would move . It’s not a place to live at if you want some

Loud and sketchy. Whether it's your neighbors or the neighboring complexes, you will hear music playing constantly with loud base. There are unsupervised children running around all the time, and everything just gets louder and more active on the weekends. The rooms are spacious and the grounds are well kept, but I'd trade all of that for not having to call the cops another time for a noise complaint. This area is just over all bad, you can hear people arguing about drugs and screaming at their children through the fence....and people park right up to your window and blare music at 3am. There

I have lived in this community for a year and a half, and overall I have had a great experience. The staff are friendly and always accessible to help with questions and concerns. The grounds are clean and well-kept, and in my experience there is not issue with outside noise - from my unit it is mostly very quiet. The unit is spacious and well-appointed, and has a good price value. Any issues I have had are fairly minor: for example, during/after heavy rain the parking lot retains quite a lot of water. My husband and I recently moved to the area and was looking for a great place to call home. Pinetree Gardens Apartments has been great to us! When we moved in, it was very clean, the walls were freshly painted, and the floors were steamed cleaned for us. We appreciated the fast response we got from maintenance to fix the minor things for us. We appreciate how management is helpful and how they truly care for all of our needs.

If I could give this apartment a "0" I would. The management is horrible, they invade your privacy, and intentionally suggest that fees can be avoided if you communicate with the management, only to hit you with MORE fees. I will never live here or in any other Collier Companies property again, and I would strongly recommend looking high and low before chosing to live here
