A member of our team will contact your client to walk them through our management solutions. We will pay you 25% of the first month's rent as a referral for any new property management contract. Partnering with us doesn't mean you'll need to end your working relationship with your clients. We'll happily manage your client's property management needs and send them back to you for real estate sales.
IMPORTANT: Read through the common repair issues below before submitting a maintenance request. You can usually clear a clogged toilet using a plunger. Simply push the plunger into place over the toilet's drain and press down firmly to create suction. Once the plunger is secure, begin to rapidly pump the handle up and down.
Your first month's rent check and your security deposit are both due at the lease signing. Please confirm these amounts with us in advance. Your move-in date will be set at the lease signing. We will also provide all relevant information about your initial inspection and key exchange at this time. As a tenant in a Teck Property Management home, you are responsible for placing all utility accounts for your rental in your name.
