Welcome Home Rentals is a small, non-traditional management company in Lacey, WA. We are selective in who we take on as customers to ensure we are providing the best customer service at all times. Dear Tiana, Georgina and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the help you have given us. Tiana was so helpful when we were trying to find a rental home. She even went out of her way to drive to the property and take detailed photos in answer to some questions I had! She is extremely kind and easy to work with.
No! Being a landlord is much more complicated than just collecting the rent. Not only are there laws to abide by, (Landlord/Tenant Law, Fair Housing, Contract Law, Banking Law, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Tenant Screening Act-to name just a few!) but there are many more "good practices" that are already established by good Property Management companies to help keep you out of court.

Of course they're friendly, accommodating, and responsive before you sign the paperwork, but after signing that totally changes. The moving out process was infuriating, trying to secure the next place to live with Tiana and her assistant being unresponsive to myself and reference calls for up to a week at a time. They really drag it out so start the process 2 months early if you can, it's like they're totally ignorant of the fact that people have to secure housing or find themselves homeless. She also acts as if following the law/contract is doing you a favor and not what she is obligated to do

Tiana at Welcome Home Rentals is awesome. She has managed my rental property for years. Welcome Home Rentals does a great job screening tenants and having the right systems in place to ensure that I get a tenant who is a good fit. They have good rates and have great oversight of my property to make sure everything is in good order. They have had excellent communication with me, especially during this pandemic. She is very straightforward in her communication. Tiana and her company treat my property as if it was their own. I highly recommend Tiana Kleinhoff and Welcome Home Rentals!

Welcome Homes Propert Management was an absolute nightmare to have as our COA management company. Tiana was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She charged our COA for a month of work and still hasn’t finished the transition process. We had them for almost a year until she gave us her notice. She then charged us for a month of services and still hasn’t finished the transition process. We have no record of any meeting minutes because she still hasn’t given the new management company all of our meeting minutes for the entire time she was managing our COA. Definitely do not recommend her

I have nothing good to say about this company. Tiana talked down to our entire community, told us things that lawyers and other management companies have said are untrue and took resources from our community. She was very Condescending and would take weeks to respond to requests or emails if she did at all.
An example of her poor work is following: she sent a cease and desist letter to my family for trimmings bushes, (so we could safely back out of our parking spot) that told us we could not trim or maintain any common or limited common space... we then requested our lawn be cut and she said that

DO NOT RENT FROM WELCOME HOME RENTALS!!!! SHE MAKES HER MONEY WHEN YOU MOVE OUT!!! I am attaching other people's concerns as well. We rented a small one bedroom. It was not completely clean when moved in but we didn't complain. 1/2 Way through the rental, the washer and dryer broke. It took over 3 months for them to replace the Washer and dryer unit. We never got calls back or responses and they did not care that we were having to pay to use a laundry mat. When we moved out we paid $300 to have the place cleaned and took pictures I can attach those as well We received a bill for a

Tiana and Welcome Home Property Management took on the difficult task of managing a NEW Homeowners association for us. She has done a great job and has defined her company as being a distinct cut above the typical Home Owner Association management company. She was selected because she was hands-on, local and personal. There is a real person at the end of the line and she responds in real time. I am very happy with her excellent service.
