Great customer service! I have called a few times about rentals and im sure the property manager is aware of how many times I call but she is still very friendly and answers all my questions. Havent found a home in my price range yet but I plan on renting from them. I asked if section 8 is accepted as ive been told by every place I applied to they do not accept section 8 vouchers which has made it difficult to find a place. She told me the law is EVERYONE has to accept a section 8 voucher as that is the law. I couldnt believe it! I looked it up online and she is right!!! Rent from a company who

Very rude property managers. Tarni and Charlene Not professional and charge you an arm and leg for everything. Lied about damages and repairs and charged for lawn care after mowing Lawn before move out and turning keys in. Honestly do not use these people for renting! Crooks in my opinion. Will do everything in there power to get the most money out of you. Don’t keep you updated about anything. Have to constantly ask! All in all stay away! Especially military!

I highly suggest renting with this company, they are fantastic! I just wanted to express how happy I have been renting a home from remax country. My family and I have rented from a few management companies over the years and remax has been the best to work with! With everything going on and the stress we have had during this year its been wonderful to have Charlene as our property manager. She has been really friendly and personable to work with! **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! **I had friends recently scammed by this company. They up charged on little dings and scratches on the wall (charged $2500). Charged for replacement of blinds, when they were still operational. The list goes on. They over charged to the point you don't get your deposit back. It's a scam. If you decide to reside in their property and ask for them fix an issue, they will find a reason not to fix it. (Would give zero stars but it's not an option)

My experience selling my first home went flawlessly. I worked with Adam and he handled everything professionally and so completely that I didn’t have to worry about anything at all.
Great response time to any and every question. I feel they went above and beyond to sell our house and I will refer everyone to them!

SCAM ! Do not apply ! CHARLENE IS TELLING PEOPLE TO APPLY FOR HOUSES THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE! My wife called about a house for rent in yelm. They said they can't talk about it until you apply. So my wife put in an application pays a fee for both of us. I get a receipt in my email I click the receipt 1 min after receiving it and it says the listing is no longer available. We called 5 min ago (all of this in a 20 min time frame of me writing this I have screen shots of the times) and im contacting the better business bureau.

I use Re/Max to manage my rental property. The process to start management was simple; short discussion about the process, lots of photos, hand over the keys and that's it. They found amazing tenants in a little under two weeks and have dealt with all maintenance and property related issues.
I was hesitant about renting instead of selling my house when I moved but I dont regret that decision for one second. Thanks Re/Max
