Working with Cindy and her team has been a great pleasure. It is often difficult to leave your home and put it up for rent. Cindy's professionalism and attention to detail put us at ease. Cindy and Team NW Property Management have been responsive and always pleasant. I can only imagine that our renters feel cared for as well. As long as we rent our home we'll use Cindy and her team. I had my rental house managed by NW Property Management and was very pleased with their services. My house was immediately advertised after my initial meeting and had multiple showings. Each tenant was screened and my rental was never vacant for any time in between renters.

We lived in a property owned by NW Property Management that we ultimately ended up purchasing. They helped facilitate the sale of the property and even helped in areas where our realtor was deficient, saving us thousands of dollars. As a management company they helped us get into the home as “site unseen” due to our being military and moving from out of state on short notice. Overall, above and beyond experience!

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST rental company we have EVER worked with. They are liars and try to scam you out of money on your deposit. They ignored our emails for almost 2 weeks. When living there they dismissed our maintenance problems on more than 1 occasion. They are not flexible when it comes to appointments regarding inspection. The manager Cindy had an incredibly bad attitude when we tried to do a final walk through. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Please save your time and DO NOT do business with them.

If you are looking to rent a home in the area, avoid this company and their properties at all costs. The employees of this company are phenomenal, and I really hate for them that I am leaving such a negative review.

We rented a home from them because I was being stationed at JBLM in 2016 and we were only going to be there until I retired this year. So three years I spent in the home, and for the most part, it was pretty good in the beginning. Things would go wrong and they would get out there to fix it in a timely manner. Cindy was amazing when we sold our house in 2016. Despite the fact we lived half way across the world She made it painless and extremely easy. Our house was pending sale within the end of the first week!She and her team were completely professional and kept us up to date with everything! My realtor Cindy sold my house back in November and it was smooth sailing the whole way. It was the easiest transaction I've ever had with a home sale. Quick communication back and forth for the entire process. She would text me questions so I could respond in true Millennial fashion even with my busy schedule. She was always swift to respond and respected my thoughts and ideas regarding negotiations with the new buyer. We lived about 30 miles away in a rural town, for 18 years.
We had zero awareness of the Air Quality issues in the Hawks Prairie area [Lacey], WA. I DEPENDED on the honesty and integrity of the agent and agency I was doing business with.
Instead, we got deceived into buying a lipstick-on-a-pig, flipped, money-pit.
The realtor actually stood in the back yard with me, and, looking sideways to gauge reaction, said "you might notice some slight, occasional odors from the farm next door".

I am a renter. We have held up to our end of the deal by paying our rent on time for two and a half years. I call in the morning to let them know our gas furnace wasn't working. They took my information and said I would be contacted. 4pm the same day I haven't received any communication. I call back and they get my info and say I'll be contacted. Still nothing. I text the after hours number. Still nothing. I text again. Finally I receive a txt almost an hour later. I was told that they contacted a company and it'll be another 24 hrs till they contact us. When my husband got orders to PCS in 2014, we were hesitant to be long-distance property managers so we set out to find someone to help us out. We love our house and knew we wanted to come back to it. After suggestions from a neighbor we went to the Blyle Team, and were hopeful.

Our first tenants had extra pets in the house, they told the Blyles that they were watching them for friends (also against our contract because we were to be notified of this). Neighbors told us otherwise, and that these were actually the renters pets and they could verify this for us. We never saw more than 2 pet

The Blyle Team has been managing our property since 2005 and they have done an excellent job. We are out-of-town owners and the Team takes care of everything for us. They make sure all maintenance is done and that our tenants are happy. Truthfully, half the time we forget that we even own the property. What more can an owner say!

Cindy Blyle and the office staff of The Blyle Team have been terrific to work with. We have been on the tenant side of their services for 4.5 years in 2 different residences. I love the electronic payment feature on their website and we were able to set up auto-pay so it was always "out of sight, out of mind" and kept us on time! In our first location where we rented for 2.5 years we were a part of the full walkthrough inspection done by Lee and he was thorough but was willing to note any concerns we had as we walked through together. I have been so pleased with the service and professionalism of the Blyle Team at Remax Parkside. We began as renters in 2014 when we first got stationed in Washington. When the house became available for purchase, Cindy served as our Real Estate Agent to help us purchase our first home! When we moved out of state, we knew of no one better to manage our property. I know the standard to which they maintain their rentals, and the thorough application process all new tenants go through before getting access to a home. First off, I will acknowledge the fact that the in office staff at re/max parkside has always been courteous and professional. My issues are specifically with "Lee" the rental/maintenance guy and the way in which our move in/move out inspection and maintenance were conducted on our unit.
For our FIRST move in inspection, the inspection was conducted by a family friend acting as our agent because we were out of state while my spouse was deployed. This inspection was very thorough and Lee very conveniently lost it. For the SECOND inspection, Lee spent about 5 minutes in the house and basically
