Very very professional!! Very thorough, explained things slowly and precisely. Repeated things in layman's terms when needed. Was slightly disappointed the drone was broke, HOWEVER, I did think it was a class act when he offered to come back for free just to show us the drone. We denied, but the offer was a step above in my thoughts. Overall, I think the father taught the sons very well!!!

Scott performed an inspection of our new house about 4 months from the expiration of our warranty and was able to test systems (HVAC and plumbing) and check out areas that we weren't able to check such as the attic and roof. He patiently answered questions during the inspection and he generated a detailed report outlining his findings which I was able to review with the builder. Scott also was responsive to later requests (one months later) for extra pictures and video that he took. We're very pleased with the assurances we got as a result of his inspection.

Scott did an extremely thorough job of inspecting my home and presented a report that was equally thorough. Unlike other inspector's I have worked with in the past, Scott was willing to walk through the entire house to point out issues he came across and worked with me when it came to my limited timeline.
