I’m currently a deployed soldier who rents at Park Rowe Village. I accidentally paid twice, which the second payment was returned. I called management to let them know the circumstances of my situation and for them to check the system as proof of me paying twice. Due to the returned check; I was charged a NSF PAYMENT & no longer allowed to pay on website. I’m thousands of miles across the world serving the great United States of America and “DEANNA” the manager, mentioned for me to have a friend or my Mom get a money order and drop it off. No professionalism at all! I didn’t know DEANNA

I had left a negative review prior to this, which I’ve since retracted because of the way Park Rowe Village staff has helped me.
The assistant manager (Deanna) and the courtesy officer (Andre) were excellent with any issue-resolution that I needed as a resident here.
Customer service has made all the difference, and I have been more than happy living at Park Rowe. Beautiful property, great location, very helpful staff!

DO NOT RENT HERE
This management company has no clue about customer service at a luxury apartment. They have 0 flexibility in how they address resident concerns. They hired a towing company that regularly boots cars arbitrarily. Mind you, as a resident I pay for the towing company all for them to arbitrarily enforce rules. They allow residents to park in the very limited visitor parking and then boot visitors who can’t find a spot. Extremely illogical thinking.
Dylan and Sarah, thank you for being so inconsiderate.
Instead of taking responsibility for resident concerns, they are defensive

Good location. Restaurants, pharmacy, grocery ,shopping all within walking distance. Facility amenities are good, when they are open. Pool closed several times for multiple weeks during our 15 months (not including the pandemic). One word of caution. If you are moving in and they have not changed your carpet, take pics of the carpet when you move in and ask them to pull the carpet so you can inspect the underside. Seems odd, but when we moved out the condition of the carpet was fine (we have pics) but they pulled the carpet after we left and said there were stains on the underside. This despite

My car got booted by American Coachworks.(even though, I had my parking permit in my car and I’ve been a resident for more than a year ) They brazenly charged me a $200 fee. Besides, making me waste valuable time . They didn’t even listen to what I had to say nor even care about the circumstances. Including the property management which is very infamous for this specific reason.
They should at least leave a notice before booting residents’ vehicles. they should also have better lighting and more descriptive signs at the parking lots area ! Evidently, I DID NOT MEAN to violate the apartment

Would be nice to have disinfectant wipes in the gym here. Second time in a row during covid that I come to workout and there is no way to clean of the equipment.
Update to your response of supplies being on backorder... If that is the case you go somewhere else temporarily to get the right supplies and or get a spray bottle of antiseptic with paper towel for your tenants. It’s really that simple.

Oh where to start...I guess let's start off with the racist neighbors. I've lived here for a while and I like to enjoy walks outside at night due to insomnia. Paying a HIGH amount to live near Perkins Rowe I want to walk my neighborhood when I want. However, that's never the case! I've gotten the cops called on me about 6 different times. Every time the sheriff shows up he says, "someone called saying they were afraid to exit their car because of a suspicious person walking around". Now I don't wear black at night to avoid the "suspicious character"

Stay was decent. Built very cheaply. Front desk is not helpful. They also charged me a prorate for 5 days which is fine! But it was after I moved out. I always had on my original lease to leave 9/30 but they required a 30 day notice on top of that? Spoke with Dylan upon moving out and he said he would contact me with any issues. He did not. I just received a lovely call from a debt collector after paying them 3500/month for 5 months. They state they called me but I had 2 other roommates who also received no such contact. Also never received a letter. Seriously lackluster management and unprofessional

Cheaply constructed apartments hoping that suckers will pay for the privilege of being next to Perkins Rowe. Stay away from this place.
