My husband and I LOVE living at Victoria Flats! The building is quiet, amenities are amazing and the location is perfect! We enjoy the friendly community of people who live here as well as the fun community around the area. The endless bike trails and scenic views right outside your backdoor is perfection and mentally healing!

Excellent property & location, with an even higher grade management. Eric the maintenance care taker is excellent, with extremely personalable interactions & years of experience. The entire leasing office, with Sara Streeter in particular, are top notch, handing all of your questions, inquiries and concerns with ease and care!

We moved in last week and just love it. The building is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Sarah in the office is very helpful and friendly. Eric fixed a few minor things in our apartment home yesterday and even helped me change light bulbs! I'm loving this community. Thanks for welcoming us, Victoria Flats!

Ashley (property manager) was amazing with helping us get moved into our new apartment, even when we asked to move in a month earlier than planned. She was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend Victoria Flats to any of my friends or family. Everyone who lives here has been so sweet as well! It really feels like a community within the residents here. It is also so close to many parks and local places to eat. The location is great and the resident amenities are always well kept and top-notch. We couldn't be happier to live here!

I am updating my review to reflect my dissatisfaction with how my deposit refund was handled. As I informed the manager I did a super through job cleaning my apartment. I went over the cleaning checklists many times to make sure I did not forget or miss anything. I take a lot of pride in doing a fantastic job cleaning. So I was very surprised to see I was charged for 3 hours of cleaning.
I received this explanation: "The fridge needed to be pulled out, the vents & patio tracks were cleaned, blinds, the inside of the cabinets wiped down and the light fixtures were cleaned."

I can't give enough stars for Victoria Flats, the apartments are gorgeous, with beautiful finishes and the appointments throughout the building are stunning, not only that but the surroundings are a nature lovers dream, with miles and miles of trails and downtown Victoria has a ton of delicious dining options! Love this place!!
