The apartment was filthy on move-in day. The place is disorganized. Their response to complaints is: if you want to break the lease, the good news is that there is a waiting list to take over your list.
Don't rely on their pictures posted. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting.
Forget about roommate-matching, they don't.

The property is currently getting renovated by new management and I feel like they have done a great job on getting in contact with us and handling renovations. They never fail to give a notice and management has been SO great on getting back to me if I have any concerns.
They were also kind enough to give us the option to end our lease early with no penalties.
They are also making a whole new pool 🤩 I'm very excited to see how the apartment complex will turn out!!

TL;DR: From the moment I moved in, I knew things were going to be bad. The gentleman that ran the place was a nice guy, but only did the minimum possible work to save money. Halfway through my lease, management changed. Constant noise, construction, gate slamming, and theft.
I was shown a model that had a patio, but mine did not have one. Classic bait-and-switch. The sink looked like someone had taken a cheese grater to it. I got a ground-level unit that faced the street, and constantly worried that someone would break in.
I would consistently wake up to people parking right outside of my bedroom
