I am disappointed that I had such a poor experience moving to my first apartment in Utah. The complex management failed to rectify any of the communal issues I brought to their attention - including extremely noisy neighbors late hours in the night, and unclean environments such as tenants not cleaning up after their dogs outside of my front door, attracting smell and flies right into my apartment during warmer months. The walls are paper thin and it is difficult to get any peace and quite in these apartments. The poor management of the complex and those who live here should not fall back on other

We have lived here for about 5 or 6 months now and have nothing bad to say about this beautiful place. I lived in a hell hole prior to moving here. I am happy that the ladies in the office was very understanding of my situations that I was dealing with in my old place. Jennifer and Angel are awesome and I love to go pay my rent and see such beautiful smiles when walking through the office door. The maintenance is always on top of things and also comes in to my apartment with a great smile. The utilities due very from month to month but if your smart, you budget an amount over what is due for the

I've been living at Joshua Tree for a couple months now. It's a lovely place to live. It's quiet and well maintained. They work hard to keep their tenants happy. Any minor issues I've had come up in the time of living here have always been resolved in a very timely manor. Very pet friendly and all the tenants/employees are very nice- the maintenance crew even carries around treats which my dogs love! The rent does fluctuate month to month, because utilities are added to the rent which obviously change every month. Rent will be higher than advertised on the site, especially if you have pets, but

I live here at Joshua Tree Apartments. I love it here! The staffing is very professional and very willing to work with you about any kind of concern or issues you may have. They are very attentive! The residents here are all very sweet and the complex itself is very clean. This community here is very a very safe one. I absolutely love living here!!

We have been here for nearly a year. We are fanatic home-cooks and like that within 10 minutes we can get to a Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Middle-Eastern, or Hispanic grocery store. We have a gas stove here, which can be harder to find around here (compared to our hometown). Maintenance team here is amazing and responsive. Issues happen, but when they do they are solved quickly.
It is an older building, so some of the utilities are split between the units, with larger units/more people paying more of the share. This is paid alongside rent, which is why some reviews are saying "the rent changes

YOU WILL PAY A DIFFERENT AMOUNT EVERY SINGLE MONTH. NO CONSISTENCY! Deteriorating apartment with mild surface repairs that will begin to fall apart within the first month after signing. Staff is kind and helps when they can, however, expect MANY hidden fees. CAM fees that are supposedly used keep up the grounds of the apartment clean, rise unexpectedly every month. Paid $1 in the first month and were charged upwards of $20 in CAM fees by the end of our lease. We continued paying a different fee throughout the pandemic which was supposed to cover any repair needed in our unit but WOULD NOT enter

By far the worst experience ive had at an apartment complex several times i was blamed for paperwork missing when i had gone into finish it they even left me an eviction notice saying i didn't finish paper work regarding my dog after i had walked out the day before saying is there anything else to sign?... once i left the apartment i asked again if there was anything else i needed to pay they still waited a year to send me a bill... pretty pissed about that

You found it! stop looking for apartments and move here. I have never been so happy with a place that I live. the summers are full of laughter and swimming, and fires and bbqs after. the feel of community here is stellar - from the neighborhood friends to the super kind admins. our pool in the summer fills up with residents and by the end, you have new friends and new memories. our repair man walks around and helps and greets anyone in need. my apartment is cozy and well taken care of with tons of daylight. great location. you get what you pay for. remember, home is where you make it - and i suggest

I had a terrible experience dealing with the Joshua tree and hope that I can save someone from making the same mistake I did.
They did the bare minimum with their renovations so the place looks somewhat decent and then will charge you hundreds upon move out for their terrible paint job.
Our fireplace never worked and we always had problems with our plumbing. The ceiling of our shower cracked the first time it rained. The place is infested with Pigeons that would wake us up every morning. I called multiple times about this since it is a heath hazard and nothing was ever done.

There is no insulation in the ceilings and noise complaints go uncared for (and the neighbors just get louder when respectfully confronted), concerned phone calls to management go unreturned, cheap materials used to renovate, road noise is ridiculous in most of the apartments, parking can be hard to find and MAIL GETS LOST 50% OF THE TIME. I'm a very positive person but don't move here. Find somewhere with better vibes. EDIT: after looking over the photos here, I can tell you that they are misleading. The kitchens look decent but that's the only thing that was remodeled well (along

Forever wishing for half stars!
So far, my experience living here hasn't been unbearable, but not good enough to renew my lease. I'm not one to be super picky and usually am very skeptical of crazy negative reviews. The negatives/positives I'm listing are ones that may not matter to anyone else. (kind of a novel, sorry, but it all seemed important)
Negatives;
1) The autopay system is horrendous. I set up autopay so that my bills are paid and I don't have to think about it. However, there is no way to set up payments so that you just don't have to think about it. You

Avoid this place. Management here is a joke. They haven't finished their remodel yet (and it's been going on over a year now) . . . and they've done a cheap job at that. The new paint practically peels off the wall since they put cheap flat paint over the former high-gloss enamel paint on some walls. Additionally, management is unpleasant to deal with and incorrectly cites "Fair Housing Act" for issues that don't even apply to the fair housing act. You can't kick out people dealing drugs out of their apartment because that violates "fair housing?"

There are couple things you might wanna know before you rent this place.
1, when you apply for the apartment it doesn't mean you get the unit and move in on the date you wanted unless you pay $225 initial leasing fee to hold your spot, and the fee doesn't go toward the first month rent. It is just there for them to charge you. And they said it is for processing paper work, in which I don't see what paper work that need to process that requires $225.
2, the manager and the secretary are not on the same page. One told me no available unit for my move in date after I send my application

YO! Live here. I never leave yelp reviews.
These apartments, just like any apartment built before the year 2000, were bound to go through necessities of renovation and ownership. It appears past reviewers lived here during the times of changes for hope of a better outcome! That's just a part of real estate.
I live in a renovated unit. It's dope. My sink doesn't brush my teeth for me but I'll get over it. How can you complain about the pricing? You knew what you were paying for. Renovations around the property are still on-going, but it's really cool to see the hole

If you look through my history of Yelp reviews, you will likely see that I very rarely give out 1 stars. After having lived here on and off since summer of 2016, I was curious to see how these apartments fared on rating scales across the internet. I was prompted to finally write a review after seeing photographs here on Yelp of the apartments. Let me say, they are vastly different from the conditions in which I lived in for many months. I'll give you a comprehensive break down as to why you should look elsewhere. It's hard enough to find suitable low income apartments, and I would hate
