Rent fees and roaches.
I normally pay with a credit card for the points. This changed when they instituted a ~$26 convenience fee for paying online using a debit or credit card. That would be enough for me to leave, but on top of that, they have bugs.
I have seen ants, spiders, and roaches in this apartment. I don't leave food out. My trashcan has a lid, so they can't get food that way. The ants, I finally completely managed to eradicate, and they haven't been back since. I think maybe the doors and windows aren't sealed well, and bugs can just crawl right in, so you may as well be outdoors for

Been waiting to receive my 250 check in the mail since August never received it and now it's November. I get a email saying it was cashed how is that possible when you have to show your driver's license with your name on it to cash a check I need proof that it was sent and someone cashed it .. I just think this company holding people money when they do application and when you don't get approved...I need there corporate number I work hard for my money to go to waste and for someone to be keeping it...

I have lived here for 10 years I only stayed because it's quiet and more secluded..but I have had multiple issues with management,office personnel and timely maintenance. My unit has flooded many times and still does. they have yet to completely repair this problem,windows leak and mold has built up,personal property has been damaged due to leaks. Debra is unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to people.Emergency is unavailable most of the time because they don't want to pay them over time. I have spoken with other residents and they are having the same issues. I called for emergency maintenance

Really nice location, walking distances to Walmart, Kroger's, gas stations and restaurants. It's the only apartment complex next to residential housing. Elementary school is down the street and it's close to Ablon Park. These apartments are well taken care of for the age that they are. The most they have are 2B/2B. There is a laundry room, pool, and a new playground. The traffic isn't bad and the area is pretty quiet. Been happy here and not planning on leaving till I buy a house.

I went to look at a one bedroom apartment yesterday, that unfortunately was too small for me, but my experience overall was very pleasant. Patty was very attentive and sweet. Despite the bad comments made about her in some reviews, all I can say is that she was very professional, nice and welcoming. The apartments in general seem to be taken care of, not to mention the location is around a residential area and it seemed to be very quiet around there.

The two stars are for Deborah and the wonderful up keeping of the complex. Rather than that ONLY DEAL WITH DEBORAH!! She is a wonder person inside and out and will work with you. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT DEAL WITH PATTY!!! She is hateful and will not work with you! Debbie is the one to talk to. These previous reviews about patty are accurate! Patty wanted my money and that all! She did not even dare give me a chance! It’s so sad because I’ve always loved these apartments and wanted to lease one but I got a much better opportunity somewhere else for a cheaper price and a more updated apartment

I have lived in the complex for a year and a half now. Not sure what all the hype is about management because Deborah and Patti have always been overly friendly, professional and nothing but courteous to me. Even in times that they had a right to be upset with me and never once did they make me feel uncomfortable or treat me with anything other than kindness. Trust me....a few incidents they could have really made issues but they did not. They have made my living here an exceptional experience seeing as I came from living in a 4 bedroom , 2 story house on the lake to a one bedroom / one bath and
