We lived here in junction 1504 a bit longer than 2 years. I would have given a 5 star rating if our experience for the last 6 weeks wouldn’t have been so incredibly bad.
Positive things first: Location is great, amenities are decent, maintenance crew is fantastic.
Biggest bummer: Current local management and how willing they are to help their residents. We needed to move out a bit earlier due to ongoing noise which started to cause health issues (there was a construction for a new complex literally less than 50 feet away from our unit). We even got a doctor letter urging us to move out asap

I used to love living here, as I have for the past three years. The new manager is unprofessional, not in the least bit personable, and takes no action to get things done. I am very happy with the guys in the front office for being there to answer questions and be the face of the community. Kudos to them for holding it down.

I lived at Junction, moving from out of state, for nearly two years (moved out recently only because I bought a new home).
The apartments are lovely. Having your own front door was great, especially during the pandemic. Soundproofing between units is excellent. The maintenance team is super responsive, and the leasing office (especially Destiny!) are friendly and on point. The location is practically ideal, and while parking is tight, I could always find a spot.
You literally can walk to everywhere you need to for daily living, you can’t throw a rock without hitting a brewery, and the light

I’ve loved living at Junction 1504 so far! Can’t beat the location, size of our unit and the price. Leasing office staff is always so helpful and nice and the amenities here are awesome as well. If you’re looking for all of the perks of south end living without the hefty price tag you’ll see at a lot of other complexes in the area, check out Junction 👍🏼

You will probably enjoy your stay but it's not worth the hassle and harassment in the end. READ THEIR BBB RATING (under Greystar). It's an F for very good reason, many reviews are for lost documents, issues upon move out and fake fees, and poor treatment of residents who put in notice to move. The positive rating on Yelp are from current residents . BBB will show you what happens AFTER you submit notice.
See my old review for details on move out billing issues if interested.
I rented from Junction and moved out in 2019 . here we are in 2021 ... guess who is contacting me to pay

My roommate and I moved in at beginning of the year. The unit is super nice and we love being right on the light rail.
I already have a gym membership but I like using the one here.
Still unsure of how to work the printers in the business center, I’m not sure if they do work. The parking is not ideal but they to be taking actions towards alleviating that problem.

I have been living at Junction 1504 for 5 years. It's the best place to be in wonderful southend! My favorite thing is the garden style apartment living, no elevators or parking decks. My front door opens to the outside, so easy to get to your car or personal garage. Very dog friendly along with the awesome staff & fast responding Maintence crew. The square footage is better than any other place around, so more bang for your buck. Another plus is the pool gets full sunlight all day b/c it's not surrounded my buildings. My dog wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

I've lived in Junction 1504 for 1.5 years now and the facility and staff e are exceptional. I love the people who work here. Their authenticity and care are genuine from the office to maintenance staff. Carrie Lower, our property manager, is the very best in the field. She is professional yet personable, warm, attentive, always happy and ensures that what needs to get done, gets done. Even when she's making a loop around the pool to check for glass containers, everyone says hello and she cheers for the residents for complying with this important safety measure. I have lived here for almost a year and LOVE it. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I have a puppy, who not only loves all the other dogs in the complex and playing in the dog park, but also gets excited to walk to the leasing office! As soon as we get there, he bolts right in to Beca's office. She is very friendly, welcoming, and from what I've seen, knows everyone by name!

I truly enjoyed living at Junction 1504 and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a complex. I will review a few of the main items that are important to me when renting an apartment.
Location: 4.5/5 -Location really depends what you like to do and where you are working. Junction 1504 is less than a mile to two great grocery stores(Publix & Harris Teeter). Unfortunately, there is currently not a spot to cross the light rail which adds another half mile to get to a few spots on south blvd. There is 5+ breweries within walking distance of 1504 and probably around 20+ restaurants

I've lived here for almost four years and don't plan to move (ever)! Yeah, yeah we are in a great spot in town, and it's super fun here, but let's talk about the real reason I'm positing...Hurricane Florence is about to crush us. The management office has gone wayyyy above and beyond to make sure we are safe. I came home today to sandbags on my patio and emails with hurricane instructions have gone out several times, letting folks know what to expect. Many people that live here aren't from NC and may have never experienced a disastrous hurricane. These guys have literally

Thanks to the awesome staff at Junction, my move-in was that more simple and throughout the process the staff was so professional. Along with the staff, maintenance is amazing as well. I've lived in many apartments and this is by far the best. If you or friends are looking to move soon, so pass up Junction!

I recently moved to the Junction community and it's lived up to the hype, and impressed me beyond my own expectations. My application and move in experience was without a doubt the best experience I've had in an apartment community. Cari was the team member that helped me through the process, and she made it seem far quicker and seamless than these experiences tend to be. She was on the spot with help when I needed it.

You call this luxury? What's luxurious about sharing coffee mugs with strangers? Whos cleaning these mugs? Herpes much? One of the "amenities" upon moving in was that you had 24 hour access to Starbucks coffee. They took away the paper cups to "go green" but im sure it was just to cut corners. So now there's 4 or 5 mugs to share (and almost 300 units) or you can get your very own to-go mug that you will never remember. So basically...remember your mug or no coffee for you. So much luxury!!! Epic fail.
Furthermore...the breezeways and staircases are hideous. How

We just renewed our lease at Junction for another year and Carrie Lower in the leasing office couldn't have been more helpful. She also goes above and beyond at the community events and is super friendly in everything she does. The maintenance team is also always very accommodating and quick to respond to any issues we've had. Great location and overall great experience!

I love this property.. The Assistant Property Manager, Unique is so fantastic, she helped us find the right apartment for us and really had an interest in who we were and what we were looking for. Jamie in the office is also great, so friendly and happy every time I communicate or go in needing some assistance. I have no issues finding a spot even if it is "after 7" it might be a little far out, but who doesn't need a little extra walk at the end of a day? This property is managed by Greystar - which my old property was managed by as well.. I had some issues with them in the past

Junction 1504 apartments are as luxury as you can get in Charlotte. They are conveniently located right next to the light rail that can bring you all through Uptown and through some of the other neighborhoods in Charlotte. The location is perfect for bars, breweries, and restaurants as well. Junction 1504 and Greystar are also a wonderful supporter of South End Hops Fest happening on May 14, 2016.

I'm not quite as harsh as the other reviewer.
Parking was a big issue but they took tangible steps to improve that by adding some new spaces within the gates. That's not a guarantee that you'll find a spot, but it does help. I don't find parking on the street to be a big deal. It's only marginally farther away.
Proximity to Uptown and access to the light rail are awesome. I work uptown and can make it to my office in 10-15 minutes driving, and only a little longer for the light rail. You can hear the light rail but it just sounds like a loud gust of wind going by (my
