At Blue Point Apartments, we believe in creating a sense of home and community for all of our residents. Located in Spokane, WA, Blue Point offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes as well as new villa style apartment homes! Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Pitbull, and/or any mix of the aforementioned breed(s).
We hope that you're all now finding it easier to park! We have still been getting multiple complaints about dog poop on the property. As another reminder, as a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up after your dogs while taking them out, we appreciate your cooperation on this matter. Blue Point Residents, Some of you may have noticed in the last couple months, we've had some new maintenance staff.
2 The total refundable deposit is $500, and there is also an additional $200 non-refundable fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM. During these times, please be mindful of your neighbors. Turn music/TV down to a reasonable level, and keep noise to a minimum in breezeways and parking lots. Maintenance requests can be found in your leasing office, in the clubhouse area, or through your online leasing portal.

I just moved into this complex. And first things first... parking is horrible. I mean, I have never seen anything like it. Unlike some of the reviews I have read... my parking spot is always there when I get home in the middle of the night.
Secondly, the walls are super thin. I honestly don't think there's any insulation. I can hear my neighbors conversations.
Finally, I like this apartment. It is modern, quiet and peaceful. However, I wish more than anything that the parking situation will be fixed. One more thing... I have the fact that I need to get a pass for my girlfriends car to stay overnight

Loved living here! Extremely quiet and felt super safe walking my dog here at night. They had a great trail to walk your dog on the complex. Plus two dog parks!! I am so surprised that a lot of people don't know about these apartments. I tell everyone I know looking for a reasonable price apartment to check them out! Huge master bedroom and huge guest bathrooms were a plus! Appliances were super new too! Staff was very easy to get a hold of and there was always someone at the office during business hours. Maintenance was fast at responding. I love that they offer garages too!

My husband and I have had a good experience here at Blue Point. Sure, we could hear our neighbors from time to time, but seriously, what apartments DON'T have that problem?? We felt safe and comfortable and at-home for our almost-3 years here, and would have continued our lease had we not had an opportunity to move to a house. We would recommend this place, especially for those with pets because it can be so hard to find nice pet-friendly apartments!

Horrible life style and shady management!
Today, I came home after a long day at work to find 2 eviction notices on my door for October’s rent not paid in full. I’ve been a resident of this place since 2018. My rent have always been paid in full even during covid and way before the due dates. I was never contacted by either email or phone regarding this event and they only left these notices on my door on Friday afternoon right before the office closing time. The eviction notice was for an amount of $1385.00 while my rent is actually $1690.00, Yes! Below is a copy of the notices that caused

As a single woman this complex feels very safe and secure. The apartments are nice. However, the management team are very poor communicators (ex: not being warned about power washing until it was already happening and my porch belongings were ruined). The public facilities are minimal, I never did get to use the gym because they never reopened during COVID. They have unrealistic expectations for cleaning during moveout and will charge you for everything. My overall experience was okay.

Make sure you check out other complexes before this one, they were great while we rented from them but as soon as we moved out they charged us to replace the carpet even tho it was in the same condition as when we moved in. Wish I would have know this is how they conducted business before we decided to rent from them. They also charged me for broken blinds even tho they were not broken when I moved out......seriously disappointed that they tac on all of this extra discrepancies just to get more money out of you...

My family and I have had a great experience living at Blue Point. We have lived here for 1 year and plan to continue our contract. The maintenance is prompt and diligent. I'm so grateful for my neighbors and my kids have friends to play with in the grassy areas. I appreciate the speed bumps and stop signs that were just installed and the snow removal was excellent this winter. I would highly recommend living here.

UPDATE: I have been living here for 15 months now and have enjoyed my time here. All of my friends love and want my apartment for when I have to move out. Truly a lovely complex with well mannered families, friendly staff, and respectful neighbors.
It is next to a highway so if you're not a fan of cars driving by then maybe think twice. I live in a corner apartment that is one of the closets to the highway and love the white noise sound. I would of loved to have used the gym more, but because of COVID it had to be closed most of the time I lived here.

I moved in my apartment in February and I’ve been very happy here. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for peaceful living.
I’ve been here almost a year and I simply do not understand the negative feedback. My electric bill stays low, my apartment is always comfortable. I rarely hear my neighbors. Maintenance is always around. Grounds are kept clean. Office staff is friendly and polite. They do move them around a lot but everyone who’s been here has been wonderful. The two times I needed maintenance they responded super fast.

Blue Point Apartments is a great choice in Spokane! My husband and I moved in 6 months ago while we wait for our home to be built. We have never lived in an apartment so we were concerned about what we were getting into! However, we have been pleasantly surprised how quiet it is, pet friendly, staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. They do a great job maintaining the property. I would strongly recommend the their carriage house or villa options. You almost forget you are living in an apartment. The biggest issue is parking!!! They definitely need to invest in more parking.

The N. South Freeway which is getting busier and busier runs past this apartment complex and conveniently in the middle of the day when all apartment showings take place the freeway is quiet. I even specifically asked if it got louder at night and it's my fault for not looking into it more myself but I was told no it did not that the sound didn't travel that far. I would get woken up throughout the night numerous times from semi trucks blaring through vehicles honking and just the sound of traffic! This place is a complete nightmare that is so overpriced! My husband and I just moved into BluePoint Apartments last Friday. We moved from out of state not ever seeing the apartments in person but we put our trust into BluePoint that we wouldn’t have our time and money wasted and so far they’ve exceeded our expectations. 24/7 maintenance, friendly and accommodating staff, affordable, and beautiful spacious apartments! It’s in a safe neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle which is definitely a plus. Highly recommend especially for young families.

Within the first month of living here I've noticed how much the office staff really cares about any of the residents. You cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone and there is no sense of urgency for processing your application. The only thing they care about is your money. The guy who showed me my apartment gave me very little information about the complex itself and failed to point out key differences in the two units that I was shown which ended up in me moving into a unit with a garage that is too small for my vehicle. I lived at the Blue Point Apartments for 6 months right after they opened. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the staff and the apartment itself. The unit was great and all
The appliances were brand new, so never had any issues. Only problem I ever had was with a kitchen drawer issue with the track and they came out and fixed it right away. Community was nice and quiet and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend Blue Point Apartments to anyone looking at living in North Spokane.
