Although the apartment is a good price and the layout and square footage are ample; the customer service is horrific. They often do not answer the phones in the office. One young lady named Francesca continually hangs up if she doesn't like you and the entire office lie rather than help Someone out. The sales girls seem nice when selling but lie to you repeatedly. They turn off air conditioning and hot water without notice. They aren't honest about anything. I have called and asked to speak to a manager repeatedly and they will not put the call through or make any effort to assist with

Do not live here. The office staff is incredibly rude. The maintenance staff sucks (they changed my bathroom light out with a nearly dead light that lasted maybe a month and it flickered each day). The move out process is crazy, not to mention the fact that office staff will tell you you only have to pay for your last actual month you're living there, then dump multiple extra bills on you that add up to probably more than a months worth of your paychecks (my experience right now). Disgusting interior, everything is falling apart in my home, there's a giant chunk missing from the bathroom

I have been a resident for approximately 4 years. When I moved in my rent/utilities included were 680/month, now I pay 940.00/month for a 1 bedroom/1bath apartment. I have also repeatedly notified the company of Roach/termite issues for months and nothing has been further done until now. Giant sewer roaches also can be found dead outside. The icing on the cake is when a guest’s of mine vehicle was towed for being in a space that was not marked as no parking. Just don't. I am updating my review because this place has amazingly gotten worse. We have never had roaches, but our apartment is completely infested. We have told the office, pest control has come and gone, we have kept telling the office.. and now they seem to think it's kind of funny. They are literally coming out of the walls and outlets and from behind the shower. It's disgusting. The neighbors have been battling bed bugs (the whole building). I called and spoke to Francine about moving from California to Arizona. She was very informative explained all of the options available for applying and the steps that it would take for my application to go through. The virtual tour online made it a very easy yes for me the location is beautiful. My daughter-in-law had found this place and when she was calling to gather information on my behalf the office staff was nothing but helpful. Positives first- the apartments are decent, the price is great, the community is pretty well taken care of, and it's decently quiet and comfortable. If you never need anything at all, you'll love it here.
The negatives- communication is SERIOUSLY lacking. Anytime you call the office, you have to wait or keep calling for at least 15mins before anyone actually answers, and when they finally do respond, the cut you off a lot! Seems like you have to be a potential new resident for them to answer. The maintenance requests are slow, ignored, or put in as complete when nothing was done. Lastly

I have lived here a few months and have had nothing but bad things happen. The leasing office is very nice when they get you in, but it’s been all downhill since then. First I’d like to bring up how we had paid rent early and it took 2 weeks to pull out and counted us late and when we called, the front office CUT ME OFF AND WAS RUDE. So i emailed and still got no response (which is very poor customer service trying to get ahold of ANYONE here). Second, after the chiller outage that happened, we had MULTIPLE requests for our AC to be fixed and we kept getting emails saying it was fixed when

There are individuals that work with the office staff that make this area a better place to live My hat is off to their hard work. cleaning the laundry rooms, fixing items with in our apartment, picking up trash in the parking lots ,and more. The first year I was here was decent. Management changed hands a few months after moving in and slowly but surely all the staff changed. I had to put in 4 or 5 requests about my freezer not working until they finally figured out I needed a new fridge, and at least one food item in turn spoiled. I have had my mail mixed up with another tenant on more than one occasion. One package was opened by this tenant and another package was even marked by eBay as delivered to the parcel locker but I never received it. I'm posting this review because I have a leak in my apartment that is being taken care of by Mr. Enrique the maintenance man. He has found my leak and is fixing it now. He is the most professional and kind maintenance guy I've ever met and I highly recommend he gets a raise. If you can come in on a Saturday and be as nice as him you deserve all the raises. I give 4 out 5 stars only because of some of the other issues I had. But as far as the office staff, Naomi and Fernanda are AMAZING. They have helped me out with any issue I have had and have been incredibly understanding as well. I have only had a couple interactions with Katrina but she also has been very helpful and nice. I've lived in these apartments before and they definitely have improved a lot of things here. As with any complex you can't always control the neighbors you have or the issues that come along with being in an apartment, but they have cleaned this place up and I respect that

This apartment complex has been a fresh of breath air compared to other apartments I've lived in. I've had nothing but positived vibes since moving in. The management team is professional, understanding and great at getting things done when I ask. Francis is amazing kudos to the management team for hiring her she deserves a RAISE. The maintenance guys are great too. One of them is evening building a skate ramps for My boys. This place feels like a real neighborhood kids are always out side playing. Love this place!!!!!!!

This is my first place and everything went so smoothly from the application process to picking up my keys, all with the help Fernanda and Frances. They’re both very warm, friendly and welcoming and I’m so grateful for their help. I love it here and everything has been great so far. It’s fairly quiet here besides the kids that play outside, which is nice. My apartment was also ready on time for me to move in.

I'm modifying my review from over a year ago from 4 stars down to one star. The complex has undergone a change of ownership and the complex is starting to go down hill. Quality of tenants is not what it was and crime has increased a lot, gang activity and drug use are everywhere . Maintenance requests get checked as complete and were not done. No hot water and no air conditioning seems to be a common occurrence.
The location is great, office staff are friendly though ineffective.
There's a waitlist to get into the complex and my unit will be available as soon as my lease expires

By far the worst place I have ever lived. There are mini-gangs of unsupervised children running rampant, destroying property. I have seen car windshields bashed in, tires slashed, and had my gas siphoned out of my car. Food trash is everywhere which explains the ever present roaches. Shootings and overdoses seem to be a weekly event. Maintenance requests take a week or two. And they only do them between the hours of 8-4, M-F. So if you work a normal human being schedule and refuse to let them into your apartment unsupervised, your work order will not be completed. They decided to turn off

I rented at the Yardz for a couple months and I had to exit my contract. Cops were there almost every day. Lots of drug use and sketchy people on the property at all times especially after dark. A longtime friend and policeman said he would not recommend anyone living at the yardz. Just before I was to move out, my front very large window was broken out and I had a flat screen tv stolen among other property. This incident happened at about 10 pm, and no one called the cops. Even the tenants are scared.

It's good for all human being don't chose to live in here, if you don't want the Rude unskilled staff and have as much weird experiences. Just move in here for couple weeks. Without any notice, I was given a unit which is different from the one i wanted and on the contract when i moved in. And, The staff just told me, i'm sorry, but you know, we sell fast. So i have to pay the hotel fee by myself and awaiting my unit. After moving in, I got a super nice spot, as shown in the pic. After i turn in the maintenance request for almost 3 weeks, no one comes to do anything. And
