With individual leases, you are only responsible for your (or your student's) rent. You aren't liable for your roommates' rent at all! Unlike a traditional lease or a joint lease, if your roommate transfers, graduates, or fails to pay his/her rent, it does not affect you or your lease. College students have enough to worry about; an individual lease is one less thing!

Regardless of having a parking permit to park there the property management had my vehicle towed because I accidentally hung the permit backwards in my rearview mirror one night. No warnings. No call to notify. Pictures proved the permit was visible from all angles if anyone wanted to look...but not facing 100% forward so they had me towed. Atlantic Recovery is in cahoots with them to squeeze $ out of students and residents to pad their pockets.

Its a good place to stay if you are a college student. However, the wifi has been a little iffy this is probably due to corona.. During regular school semesters a lot of students do their homework on campus. However, there are really no options to do it on campus so everyone in in their apartment doing it. With the added traffic it is to be expected for the wifi to be a little slower. Other than that everything else is great. The staff is great. The maintenance is great. They always keep the place looking nice and are always helpful! :)

Living at the Lofts has been a really enjoyable experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they allow pets, and they also have a workout room, a tanning bed, free coffee, and a sick pool! It is in a great location in regards to being close to school, and closer to downtown! Definitely will recommend the Lofts to others.

Move in went really well and staff is very nice. Everything is very organized and the apartments are nice and clean and very new looking. The pool and social deck is a very nice area as well. We have had a few issues with the apartment but maintenance has been very on top of it and always leaves a note explaining the issue and how they fixed it.

The move in experience was very easy, no hassle at all. Very friendly atmosphere. It's a very quite community for being student housing which I enjoy. Plus, you get your own bedroom and own bathroom, who can complain about that. I just wish there was an easier way to get into the community from campus, always having to make a u-turn or go the long way around is a bit of an issue.
