The Vue apartment complex is huge! They have a wide variety of floorplans, including some that are renovated units with new kitchen and bathroom tile backsplashes, fixtures, appliances and wood flooring. One drawback is that they have wall units instead of central air. There are also lovely courtyards, fitness center, dope clubhouse with pool table and an Amazon hub for packages. Another plus is that their staff are super cool!

Zero stars. This review is for Ashley. She set me up with an appointment that we both confirmed the day before and when I showed up to the appt, there was nobody there. There was a resident coming out of the lobby doors who let us in but all offices were empty, called a few times, no answer and no one in sight. My bf and I finally decided to walk back to the garage and what do ya know, human feces by the entrance. Eww. Big fat NO.

Cant give 0 stars apparently. Moved here in March and everything was totally fine. for the most part. and then it seemed like week after week everything got worst. now the garage has been broken for like 2 months and multiple cars have been broken into, the office, and more. Im surprised this place has been put on the Military blacklist yet. IF you are military i would advise not to rent here. I expect some random excessive cleaning fee even thought my place will be spotless when i move.

The place itself is nice but the staff is questionable. We were told that we would have access to the gym even though the leasing agent knew that the gym was closed due to Covid. We were also promised hardwood floors and we don't have them. We were also told we would have granite counter tops with a backsplash, we have neither. When we brought these issues up the staff essentially said "oh well nothing we can do". I would make sure to get everything in writing before making a commitment to this place just to cover yourself since we are paying for numerous amenities that we don't have.

I had an issue with my heater. Devon came to change a light bulb and I mentioned the issue about my heater. Of course the heater did not make the noise while he was here and he suggested that I record the sound. Joe the Service Supervisor showed up to take a look and I am glad that Devon suggested that I record the sound because it helped Joe determine the cause which he fixed within 30 minutes. The maintenance staff at Vue25 is great they are very professional, wear their masks and keep the distance when they arrive.

Don’t bother wasting your time with this unprofessional organization. Very simple, yet blatant red flag that I experienced when trying to find an apartment. I called and spoke with the leasing manager and confirmed my tour of one of the apartments at 1:30 pm. I showed up at 1:20 and attempted to call and contact the leasing manager only to be completely ignored. Called multiple times and left multiple voicemails, only to be ignored. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional, joke of a company. Luckily I escaped before they had the chance to scam me, unlike most of the other unfortunate

I recently toured the property. I’m shopping around for my next home.The community was neat, and the staff was very polite. One person that really stood out to me was the leading professional Jason. He had a very professional attitude and gave me a lot of information about the property. This is definitely top 3 on my list !

Looked at this place a few years back was very excited about it til I read all of the crime and break in stories. The same girls that took my deposit with a smile and told me it was a full refund back if I changed my mind neglected to tell me the truth about the areas crime. When I told them I was no longer interested because of the crime and found a safer location, they returned not a dime of my deposit back. Told me the fine print said no deposit return, but your mouth told me sure we will return it if you change your mind. Dishonest buisness & high crime. I will never consider doing buisness

I had an appointment to view an apartment at noon. I arrived at 1155 and buzzed the office on the kiosk. I can see through the glass wall that 3 people were sitting in the office. It rang until I got an answering service. All the while I can clearly see the management team eating at their desk. As I was about to call on the phone residents exited the building, and I caught the door. A brief conversation with them and found out that the 3 sitting there were actually the management team, and that since they took over the service has been unacceptable. I just moved in the middle of April. The process to start was easy thanks to the manager Brandy and the assistant manager Troy. It's just my two year old daughter and I living here together and one of the reasons I liked it so much was because of how secure the building is. I moved from Federal Way (where there has been 3 shootings in just the last three days, my car was stolen at my last apartment, I had terrible neighbors, etc.) This place has a key fob so you can't get inside the building, parking garage, or anywhere without it. You also have to have the key to enter the doors inside

While in the process of relocating to Tacoma from Los Angeles, I visited over 20 apartment buildings. Vue25 had every single thing on my check list and surpassed every other "luxury mid-rise" building BY FAR. The building is exactly how it is advertised as. I have just moved out of Vue25 after living there a year. I have to say that I had a positive experience. I liked my simple unit. It was clean, modern and enjoyable. My floor and neighbors were quiet and kind. There was a time when the microwave had a short. It happened on the day when I had the flu. I went to the front office and asked if maintenance could take a quick look at it, but not to take too long because I was sick. Current resident- first let me start by listing the problems when I first moved in one of the two elevators didn't work for almost 8 months. Next that precedingNovember through the beginning of the year 10-15 vehicles got broken into inside the parking garage that they make you pay 50 to $60 for.their response Woodberry sorry call your insurance. The trash seems to be always overrunning and they want the residents to make them comfortable by instead of dropping the trash off in the trash shoot on your floor to completely go out-of-the-way to another floor to the main trash room. completely

My husband and I moved into Vue25 from another Tacoma apt. We loved living here, we only left due to moving back to CA. The management has always been awesome for us, the prior and current. Yes the elevator was down for awhile but the other one was always operating and we usually took the stairs anyways. The view from our apt was great and we loved the new modern feel of Vue25. The elevators have been down for over 4 months now and the management refuses to fix it because they want to wait to get the lowest bidder to come out to fix it. They make tons of money yet refuse to fix something as dire as the need to get thru a high rise apartment complex. There are old people here that cannot walk 7 flights of stairs! Then to top it off they give the only working elevator key out to people moving in and out leaving residents without the ability to get to their units without walking up up to 7 flights of stairs. I've been at Vue25 now for 9 months and the experience & service that the apartments and staff provide is unrivaled to anything anywhere else I've rented. These apartments are top notch in the area ... expect comfy carpets, new fixtures, and new appliances. The complex is quiet, has plenty of safe parking, is very pet friendly, and has super easy freeway access whether you are going north or south on the 5. Shared space like the grill, bathrooms, movie room, gym, or lounge are always kept clean and cozy. Jacky and Mary are the best rental property team around and support staff

As a new resident, I can say for sure that vue25 is a great place to be. A great staff and spacious yet affordable rooms have everything I want out of an apartment. I've lived here just over a week but feel like it's been years, that's how friendly Mike, Nadia, and the other members of the staff are. A short walk to downtown and a quick drive to I5, it takes me about 20 mins to get to JBLM, vue25 is perfectly situated for me. Definitely worth your time, so stop by and check it out! You won't be disappointed.
