I was running late, due to a work meeting, to a rental property viewing and tried to contact the property manager via phone call to inform them that I was running behind, with no response. I then text a number that I got off a voicemail, got an immediate response so my phone call was obviously ignored. I was then told that she already left, I didn't receive any curtesy call, text or email to say that they were leaving so I would have shown up to no one there to show the home.
Then to top it all off I was informed that they already have an approved application and were going to tell me when I arrived

Jill, is a true professional. In the many years of house rental. Jill not only did her job, but eliminate stress from me, in order for me to complete my normal day to day events.
Jill found qualified renters, paid on time, conducted inspection, handled our home repairs with great results and even from time to time provided good counsel.

There were some very frustrating instances working with one particular person at this company, but when Jill had to get involved because of an unreasonable land lord it was apparent that she cared and was working hard to make it right. As a tenant, I would rent from them again. However, I would try to only work with Jill. When we had an issue, they were quick to respond and get someone to fix it.

I'm updating this review as it became apparent that many of the issues we were facing with our house were largely a result of the owner not being cooperative with Reynolds or with me. Jill did all in her power to help get major issues resolved even when the owner was refusing to comply.
Jill was always very responsive to our calls and emails and continued to be so even after the property switched management companies.

I rented a home managed by Reynolds Realty for two years and while Jill was always kind and communicative, our experience was sub par at best. Jill's kind personality is the only reason I am giving RR more than one star.
Our issues included being charged for maintainance that never happened, being charged unfairly for cleaning after we moved out and had the house professionally cleaned, and being charged for holes in the yard that we neither created and also filled in as a measure of good faith. By far my worst experience with property management, and I have rented in over 10 different locations. Dealing with the Reynolds' staff is a struggle. I rarely can get a hold of them over the phone. My work is an hour away, it is impossible to schedule a sit-down appointment with them because of their short business hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM - 3PM). The staff is rude and condescending.
Reynolds would find any excuse to charge me for services that aren't expected or outlined clearly in the lease agreement. I was charged with a maintenance bill because no one was home to let the repairman in. I was not

Extremely disappointed with the service. We stayed at a Reynolds property for several years. We paid in full and on time, took care of the property, and followed the policies and procedures outlined in our lease.
It was almost impossible to get in touch with the office staff since business hours were 10-3, Monday-Friday. The office ladies take very long lunch breaks and do not return messages. There were 2 instances where we had an emergency maintenance issue but did not get an answer from Reynolds despite leaving messages with the answering service and calling the emergency maintenance phone
