From the completely updated and renovated indoors, to the pristinely kept grounds, you'll feel like more than just a resident. Our complex is a warm, safe and welcoming location for those looking to spend their later years somewhere peaceful and relaxing.
All our apartments have secured entrances, access to an elegant 2-story lobby gathering room, along with either a private patio or balcony with a doorwall. Kitchens have built-in Appliances, ceramic tiled bathrooms, and laundry room with in-unit washer and dryer. Beautiful window treatments in all apartments, along with carpet throughout the living room, dining room, and bedrooms.
Our two bedroom option is even more spacious. Both bedrooms will offer our residents absolute luxury with room to spare. Both bedrooms include an attached bathroom with walk-in-closets. Each walk-in-closet allows our guests to utilize the most of their space. A gorgeous and quaint foyer sits next to each of our fully-equipped kitchens.
Our one bedroom with included den plans offer the most luxury yet. With a master suite that includes a large, spacious closet and walk-in-closet, you'll feel like royalty living in one of our finest apartments. Each option comes with a full living room and a secluded kitchen, giving the apartment an even bigger feeling.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The buildings look nice but are built to a very low standard. All parts of the units are of the lowest cost and cheapest quality. Units are noisy and some are very drafty. The management is represented by a lady named DeAnn. She will seem nice at first but later you will find that she ignores, intimidates and berates the Senior Citizens. I would think twice before considering this property.

The staff is amazing. They are very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I didn't feel like a number they made me feel like a real person that matters. They went above and beyond helping me and making me feel comfortable. This is home. I am so blessed to have found this apartment. When you first walk in it feels like home clean and extremely pleasant people to talk to. I will recommend Shelby Park to anyone looking for a place to call home. Great amazing kind caring staff who goes above and beyond. Thank you all.
