This complex is the worst complex you can live in. If you are looking for a headache, come and live here, you will suffer from various problems. the management are extremely bad , and the maintenance are below zero, you will have to wait several months to get it done and you may not get it done at all. It is a dirty complex, and noisy because of the hustle and bustle of children all the day, it’s very bad for elderly people.You have to pay countless of fines for some things you will not expect.They asked me to pay $150 because one of my children took him out of the lease because he moved to another

Judy is one of the worst employees in the office. If you are black, Judy will fight you as if you were her ex-wife. Did the owner know that the exciting tenants have left because of her? The owner company has to monitor this place, especially Judy, and then the company will realize why they lost so many tenants

Many of these reviews are fake with their high ratings, of this complex. The assistant manager, Julie has lied to the tenants and has made it miserable to many, including her former staff have sought other employment opportunities because of her iron-fist tactics. Julie has consistently extorted money from tenants, she needs to be investigated and terminated from her position as the assistant property manager.

Dee the maintenance guy was very helpful when we had an issue with the faucet in the bathtub that kept leaking. He came and got it fixed for us right away in the morning and it didn’t take long. He was very nice and helpful.

Its so refreshing to see someone who takes pride in his work., He is pleasant,. respectful and always has a smile on his face. The last maintenace person seemed like he hated being here. Northview Park is the best place to live I’ve been living here for 7 years. The staff is amazing Onalya works in the office speaks Arabic and Chaldean she is super friendly and helpful she help me a lot with renewing and any paperwork The grounds always clean very nice apartments, maintenance always do their job fast and just perfect place to live I highly recommend it

The maintenance person resolved the issue immediately. This is a nice place. Well kept with great neighbors. The grounds are kept up very well. The staff is okay. I would say this is a nice place to live overall. Pretty close to shopping as well.
Very suitable course in Northview Park, all are great and you are very welcome. The employee makes this place a great home to live in. The grounds are nice and clean
