Eagle Home Inspections is a family run small business that cares about our clients and cares about each other. Read our individual stories below. Kelly was a Union carpenter for 13 years and along with his wife, Tammy, has owned Eagle Home Inspections for almost 20 years. He has extensive knowledge in home construction and repair.
During our home inspections, we go off of a checklist that allows us to look at at almost every corner of the house including the HVAC system, roof, foundation, basement, and much more. After the inspection is complete, we try and send you the report within the same day. The price of the home inspection does vary depending on the house.
The time of the home inspection is based off the size of the home and any additional services you want with the home inspection. Our home inspection prices vary depending on the home and the additional inspections you want. We do want you at the home inspection so we can guide you through the house, explain what we're doing, and show you issues/solutions for certain parts of the house.

We accompanied Kelly and Jon during the home inspection of our new home. They were quick and efficient, but not so much so that it seemed like they were rushing. They had absolutely no problems answering any questions that we had and explained everything thoroughly. What I liked most was their realness in terms of admitting that although every house has its issues, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s a bad decision/investment; they simply want to make sure you’re aware of the costs of potential future repairs.

Kelly and Dan were fantastic! I am a first time home buyer and was nervous about this process. Everyone from the office staff to the inspectors were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The thing that I appreciated the most was the truthfulness and the way everything was explained. They also let you know what items are priority and what isn’t as big of a deal to help guide you.

Eagle inspected my house in July of this year, and I would not recommend them or use them again in the future. Kelly was very friendly, but I felt that he spent a lot of time making conversation, which made it hard for me to ask questions and took his focus away from inspecting my house. I hired them for pest, radon, and home inspection.
The pest inspector did not find any evidence of mice or pests, he reported that there was mice poison in the attic, but no evidence of any mice. While cleaning the house to move in, we found a lot of old, dried mice droppings in kitchen drawers, the air ducts

Dan was awesome! He got to the house early to start the inspection before we got there so that he could start going through everything right from the start. He was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and walked us through the whole inspection since we are first time home buyers. We would definitely recommend him to others!
