Training is essential for the proper use of any equipment but especially for Infrared cameras. You can't just pick one up and expect to understand what you are seeing. For example, there is nothing wrong in the following picture, hover over it and you'll see those are just wrinkles in the carpet. Moisture cools as it evaporates so it becomes visible in the camera.

Chris from A-Z Tech was super knowledgeable and through in his inspection of an investment property we ultimately purchased. My fiance and I recently contacted A-Z Tech to do our home inspection. Even though they were incredibly busy they were able to find a time to get our inspection in. Chris came out and did a fantastic job, he found several issues that were worth repairing and also did a radon test. Highly recommend A-Z Tech!

This was my first home inspection and I couldn't have been more pleased with Bruce and he knowledge about everything to do with my future house. He didn't rush and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I may have had. What few issues there were he was able to suggest a fix. He also lets you know what the requirements are and if there is anything you can do to exceed that standard. I don't plan on purchasing a home without this company taking a look at it. I had the pleasure of working with the owners son, Chris for my home inspection. My fiancé and I are new home buyers, and Chris had the patience and knowledge to answer all our questions. In addition, he was helpful when we called in with questions and even made a second trip to the location to verify a test.
His home inspection was extremely thorough and they have very cool and high tech equipment to complete the tests.

I am very pleased with my experience with this home inspection service. Bruce was on time and took time with me, not only doing a detailed inspection of the home I was purchasing but showing me shut off valves for water and gas. I never felt he was rushed and felt he was very thorough, even advising me about types, number, and placement of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. I even took advantage of the opportunity for him do do a pest inspection, as well.

My spouse Will and I had Bruce come to inspect our future home, and he was AMAZING--extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and efficient. His service was worth every penny and we have recommended A-Z to many of our friends and neighbors since.
