We really can’t say enough about Miriam’s and their incredibly thoughtful and talented staff. They went above and beyond for a custom wedding band with heirloom jewels and gold. I cant recommend them enough.

I got my engagement ring, wedding band and several Christmas gifts for the soon to be wife here. I will never goto another Jewlery store. Leah and the team have gone out of their way to make sure I got everything I wanted exactly how I wanted it. Great customer service and selection.

I’m incredibly grateful for the care and quality of service I received from Miriam and her staff. I had to replace my wedding ring after it was stolen and everyone was incredibly compassionate and patient as I went through the selection process. I bought an antique engagement ring from this location. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I first visited about a year ago to price what I was looking for and understand what was available. They actually suggested the ring that I ended up buying. Fantastic experience all around.

What a wonderful jewelry buying experience! Holly and Sarah helped me bring my grandmother's ring back to it's original beauty so that I could gift it to my daughter - and then helped me create a ring using stones I already owned. I have used the Sawgrass Miriam’s for several of my jewelry needs in the past 2 months and they have more than exceeded my expectations. I was looking for screw back earrings for my daughter and couldn’t find what I wanted and the jeweler designed and fabricated me exactly what I wanted! Trustworthy, knowledgeable and affordable. This past fall I lost a small garnet in one of my rings. I wear a stack of four tulip rings, each one set with one of my kids' birthstones. I also must add that I never take my rings off - cooking, cleaning, gardening, even DIY home projects they never leave my fingers, so my rings take a beating! Anyway, I procrastinated for three months with a missing stone bc I never take them off but it was time to get it fixed. Leah repaired the ring, checked the stones on the others in the set and had my ring back on my finger in a week. She did a great job and was very fairly priced. I will be back soon

Leah and everyone at the Jax Beach location are friendly, knowledgeable, and creative. There's always something interesting for a range of budgets, as well (whether vintage, made by Leah, or made by jewelers that she can tell you about). It's a lovely small, unpretentious but really nice jewelry store within blocks of the ocean

Every time I enter Miriam’s I am met with incredible customer service. You can see that Leah and her team work hard to meet and exceed the expectations of their customers. They have a tremendous amount of knowledge and intuitively help you find the most beautiful jewelry to be enjoyed for years to come!

Update: I gave Miriam’s another chance, and they were very gracious. I think inthe future they will put a sign on their door, should something arise causing them to close early.
They are a family-owned small business whom we should support in our community. My jewelry repair was promptly and professionally completed as well.

My husband purchased a gorgeous wedding band set for my diamond at the Ponte Vedra Beach location! The entire staff were so friendly, sincere and accommodating! They were extremely helpful showing me all options different styles. I had to return for sizing and my set was ready within a day! Their professional appraisal is thorough with the insurance portion ready to send. We will return to the "gem" of a place in our neighborhood!

Miriam's sized an antique family ring from the 1800s for me, and thoughtlessly cut out the the jewelry maker's stamp on the inside of the ring. When I brought it to there attention after getting the ring back, they did nothing to fix the issue and had a "too bad" attitude about it. It's sad because I the jeweler stamp was what made the ring so interesting in the first place. Not a customer service oriented shop, and very disappointed.

This year for our anniversary, I wanted an anniversary band to celebrate the milestone. I visited several well known jewelry stores in the Beaches/Southside area and struck out. The customer service was mediocre at best. No one took the time to truly help me find what I wanted. My husband suggested we take a drive across town to Miriam's since it was where he had purchased my engagement and wedding rings 20 years ago and she had been so helpful to him back then. I was searching for a specific ring with my birthstone and couldn't find anything like what I wanted anywhere! I went into Miriam's to check their selection and Hailey was so helpful and told me they could design a ring for me and have it made. This is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a jeweler! I brought my own scrap gold to be used in the creation of a pendant and the item, a large pearl that was to be used. I was told that I needed to leave all of it for their expert to give the estimate to create it. It took several weeks to hear back and when I finally got the call it thought it was pricey but thought it was going to be fantastic looking considering the hunk of 14kt gold that was going to be used.
