Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

I want to start by saying I have really enjoyed living here. I’ve only been here since July, but my experience has been nothing short of amazing!! The grounds are kept clean and landscaped at all times. Maintenance is VERY responsive and professional, they are so kind and respectful. But the jewel of this community is the office staff. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they have been available with a solution and they actually seem to care. Kathy, Gigi, and Domonique are the staff members that I’ve personally dealt with and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism so much. I

My stay here has been beautiful, the staff are very professional and courteous. when I did have to come to the office for anything they asked if everything was going great and to let them know if and when its not "who you know these days thats that nice -ILL WAIT-" the girls and I love it here. I plan to be here for a long while.

I have been living in Gateway Townhomes since 2015, the landscaping is always beautiful, they have many small play areas for children. This is a great community to raise children and live. They have bus stops for all the local schools in the complex, we a full size laundry facility on site. Maintenance is always on point with fixing things, most the time they come same day or next day even for none emergency issues. Staff is great and friendly, very sympathetic when hardship falls (personal experience). GiGi, Kathy and Dominique are some very sweet people love them. love living

I want to say that my daughter and I are enjoying our stay here at Gateway. The office team is friendly, and goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. The maintenance team are very quick with resolving your issue. I recommend Gateway to anyone who wants to live in a peaceful community that is kept up. I been here 6months and is going to renew my lease for another year. Great job Gateway 👏🏽👍🏽

So over all the last three years were pretty good. They have maintence that gets to us ASAP. The prices are fair enough, considering the last year. As much as i want to give them a 5 star i cant. My first year i asked for liquor with my complementary cups instead i got a reminder that 2020 existed. masks. I will give my 5 stars when i get my liquor :)
