One of the worst apartments(very old and floors make loud noise as you walk) and rental management office in the state of MI. Very unprofessional manager in the office, they do not have any complaint department to report their unprofessionalism, it’s one Spanish lady running the show basically. They deserve zero not even one star.

I do not recommend this place to anyone .This place is 200 years old.The maintenance people are rude ,when i see the toilet is dirty i try to clean it but i couldn't ,and they have plastic sink ,then i ask them to change it then they clean it with screw driver and the maintenance guy said why not you go to stay in hotel Hilton. make noise every step you make very old carpet, laundry's are broken always. then they charge $200 for parking violation but they don't have any proof. They don't have any upper label office who you can complain about them .

Me and my boyfriend lived here coming up on almost a year. We went to re sign the lease and they would not let us because my boyfriend is laid off for 3 weeks due to this virus going around. We have until the end of this month to get our stuff out. The owners are rude they do not fix anything. We have soft spots everywhere that they refuse to fix and they’ve been there sense before we moved in. We are not the only people they’re telling to leave. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Lived here at this ran down sketchy apartment for over 4 years. Just had a baby a month before this post. Very respectful to all the non English speaking neighbors. Respectful to the landlords and received a note saying I had to move out in a month! Called to talk to them maybe resign a lease and pay more money (not worth it!) Was told no! If they can kick my wife two kids and I out in a month notice there is no telling what they can do to you and your family! Not worth staying here please build credit and purchase a home instead!

This place is like living in a prison. I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time and money the management is horrible. They are always harassing me and my family and putting parking tickets on people's cars. The parking is very limited. There is no security very unsafe here. You will never be able to call this place home, they make you feel like an outsider, one neighbor can't even smoke in his own home too many rules.

I wish I could give them a zero, but I can’t. They don’t fix anything when they say they will. The female that works in the office is unprofessional and she’s always falsifying information. The only good this about this place is the fact that it’s so cheap! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST apartment I have ever stayed in.

I have lived here almost 4 years. Horrible neighbors let anybody rent. They dont clean inside the hall ways or take pride in there apartments. the laundry room is over priced and always broken and the downstairs is horrid. Takes for maintence forever to fix something and they dont do it right the first time. They painted decks instead of making this place feel more safer. theres no locks on any of the doors and people just come and go have had strangers sitting in the hall way. They find anyway to give out violations for ridiculous things they do

The only apartment I found with kitchen window. Lots of cabinet space in kitchen. maintance is good. The only problem I found is Pit Bulls, German Sherpards, Alaskan Huskies, Big dogs every where.~~You can rent these apartments and bring 2-3 dogs. Office does not go by the rule of 20 lbs or less. Dogs left alone without owner & they bark constantly. Big Sheperd is in front of office by swimming pool. for 2 years. Management does not crack down on big dogs, right in front of their faces. Great place to live~~~Dog Haven:):)
