If you are a busy working senior or a retired senior, you will Love the peace and quiet here! Or you will Love the Community activities and making new Friends. Staff and Maintenance is super nice. Property is well maintained and beautiful. There is also an Assisted Living home next door to this property. Units are 4-plexes with carports. You will Love living here!

Joe and I have lived at the Legends almost seven years and have been happy with our choice ever since. Our managing staff Kari and Rebecca and great maintenance guy Phillip have always done their best to make the Legends the best neighborhood for seniors. This is a very private area were people live. They have automatic gates so you can not go in without a code. I happened to go inside there thinking it was going to be nice looking houses but it was not. It looked like a bunch of condos. My house looked better than what they had and I don't even have a gate. Nothing really to see here so don't waste your time going.

Wonderful place for seniors and even nor seniors. The maint is perfect with beautifully kept grounds. they keep things going with monthly activities
. Had an occasion to visit with friends and was very impressed. all the residents seemed so happy and contented with their gated community.
