My Brother-In-Died. His mother lives alone. My wife stayed overnight with her mom so she wouldn't be alone...They towed our van and want $300. Sign at front says "Unauthorized vehicles will be towed." Which apparently means you are not allowed to visit your family at this prison unless you get a tag from the office .....that no signage tells you is needed. The office said. "It's in the contract." Yes, I'm sure it is. Can you show me as a visitor where I signed your contract? No? So any visit to family there is 'Trespassing' . Swimming pool looks nice, but is "Broken" year round. Stay far away from

Management is rude and awful. They will also tow your car ! I believe the management is in business with the tow companies to receive money on the side! They will tow your guests car as well! When your guest parks in guest parking! In which, that is stealing! My apartment was beautiful I have to admit. But, I wouldnt recommend anyone wasting thier time living there! The tow fees were outrageous! And my guest were only parked for a few hours.

They impounded my car illegally and I never got it back. that is what I consider THEFT. Basically, I had a flat. they put a sticker on my car saying to fix it, or it would be towed. I fixed it, removed the sticker (best as I could) and they towed it anyway. Neither the apartments or the tow company would assume responsibility, and I didn't have $1800 to get my car out... so essentially they robbed me and nobody was held responsible. This was when they first opened several years ago. Luckily I had another car, or I probably would have lost my job, therefore causing me to lose my ability to pay rent

My kids and I love it here however I am very disappointed my dryer has been messing up for a month now when it first started I called and she put a work order in the maintenance man came 2 days later said had to order part it would be in a couple days nope it’s was a week than he came back left 14 screws out had the wires all jacked up so I called again they sent the head maintenance man to fix it after a couple days it stopped drying again so called again and asked for them to please send the head maintenance man since the other one left it unfinished so yesterday they sent the first one back
