I was told that I can't move in because I am a full time student. The website advertises that this property is great for students, which is a LIE. You only get helped if you are a part-time student. I am getting my master's degree taking 9 hours which is considered full time so I can't move in. I don't care what the tax credit law whatever says, that is false advertisement!

I applied here and everything went through. Until they tell me I couldn’t move in, because of an old electric bill I had over 6 years ago...,and I am now with a new company. And on top of that for my student loans,which I’m paying on now. This place was a waste of my time, I turned in all of the paperwork needed and running around, just to be told I can’t move in because of an old electric bill, and student loans smh. I will never recommend anyone applying here, but you’re suppose to be income based and helping people. I work everyday 6 days a week, the electric bill should of been irrelevant

I’ve already written to property management about how i will sue for discrimination. DO NOT RENT HERE. Renee and Kim I am hopeful will lose their job after how they treated me. I will be blasting this all over every social outlet to let others know... on to my next spot.
EDIT! They hung up on me over 2 dozen times. Is that how you treat someone who is not discriminated against?! Would pick up the phone and would immediately hang up. A lawsuit is coming for this company.

Although it's a beautiful complex, the staff actually cares and that's a plus. I'd recommend anyone to come check it out. I've been here for almost 3 years but unfortunately I'll be relocating after my lease is up this time around. I hope and pray I find luxury and compassion like Pinnacle in my next home.
