So clearly everyone in the comments lately has been having the same problem as me. I applied for this apartment back in September, spoke with a certain young lady I don’t remember her name but she lives on the property that told me I needed a certain credit score to be approved and turn to find out my credit score was over there requirements Just for them to still deny my application and keep my $275. I have been calling them nonstop because the only thing that was nonrefundable was the $75.Not to mention my first time coming to the apartments in early August the apartment that I was shown clearly

Don’t waste your time. Their application system is trash. My family and I applied here back in October and they have a specific way to upload documents. We were talking to brittani about trying to upload our bank statements and she informed us that they have to come from the bank site. So we did and then when we talked to her she informed us that they weren’t acceptable and we need to do it again. I informed her that we did it the only way we could do it and she let us know that if we couldn’t do it the way they want it that they can’t go on with our application so I said there is no point

Do not apply here! I applied and had to pay a $200 fee just to apply. Was advised if not approved would get money back in 30 days. We are now on 3 months. When I call about it they are rude and have an attitude l. They sent my money by check to an address I notated as a previous address in a totally different state. Now whenever I call which I tried 30 times today, no one picks up! I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they could do this to an applicant imagine the security deposit getting back! Also don’t reply back with the generic I’m sorry call is at blah blah blah been there done

Lock stopped working over the weekend. I put in a request for a replacement as soon as they opened. They took longer than expected. Once Victor arrived he was professional and surprisingly quick! Problem Solved 👌🏾

I have lived here for two plus years and when I first moved here it was great. Customer service was quality, and anytime I needed something they responded quickly. I’m not sure what happened, but in the last year I have seen a decline. First of all the garbage. It is horrible! Valet trash service doesn’t always pick up your garbage and renters leave garbage bags here, there, and everywhere. When you drive in it’s the first thing you see.
Trying to get a hold of someone is impossible. I’ve called, no answer. Let’s messages, no call back.
These two problems make it unacceptable. Oh, and

I have been having an issue in my apartment for weeks now... A leak started coming down from the apartment above mine on the 5th of November. After hours of waiting maintenance finally showed up, and said that they had fixed the issue in the upstairs apartment causing the leak, and that they would send someone the following week to fix the hole the leak had created in my ceiling/ Fast forward to a week later, and no one had been by to fix the hole, and the leak started again! I've tired calling the office numerous times to have this issue addressed, but they don't pick up the phone 9 times out

I have been searching for an apartment for the past few weeks. I applied to this place, filled everything out, provided all the documentation, and have been ghosted ever since. I've sent emails, called dozens of times, I even drove to the complex to find that you couldn't get to the office. You would think when an interested party applies for an apartment, they would at least get a phone call. But I have gotten nothing back, and they took my $275 and ran my credit so it shows up as a ding on my report. Avoid this place if you can!

I have called over 20 times no respond or got answer back from the staff there. i filled out my application and paid all fees still haven't gotten a response or contacted back from the rental office and have left over 10 via emails still no response . hoping that this rental complex is not a fraud taking applicants money and not even approve or disapprove applications . so disappoint in customer service and service from these apartments please better customer service and try applicants better

Jeremiah and LaShonda are both wonderful! I moved here during the pandemic a few months ago and, through short staffing and a myriad of other issues that have popped up during this time, they have been professional. I’ve seen people be rude and a bit irate and they have kept their professionalism while handling those situations. I understand things are taking longer to be done or for phones/emails to be answered but, once you’re able to contact them, they are ON IT! If you’re proactive in getting things done, they will work with you. They are reassuring and their straight forward thinking

Was thinking about moving out but I'm happy to renew my lease for another year.
The new manager (Danubio) helped me a lot and made the renewal process smoother than in the past. The property is making a lot of progress and I feel that is going in the right direction.
