Manager said I'm ineligible to apply, just because I'm retired. I didn't that was very friendly or welcoming. Also, it made me feel that the manager was not very knowledgeable in being able to provide a service. Overall, they treated me as if I am not a valued customer, and as if they were not genuinely happy to have my business.

Been living here for 5 months and the office staff has gone above and beyond not only to make sure my move in day was spectacular but have followed up on my maintenance requests to make sure they got done. Ms.Rios is so professional and its great to see her every morning walking around making sure it stays clean. You don't see that very often from other apts. Ms. Rios thank you for helping my family find a home. God bless

I went into the office on June 10th and instantly fell in love with the property and the floor plans, I decided to go ahead and lease. They had a unit that would be available July 7th but I was unable to view it as it was occupied until June 29th. I was approved the next day and signed the lease. Over the next two weeks I had several conversations with them telling them that I was concerned about the timeline and that if anything went wrong to let me know immediately because I would be setting up movers and whatnot. On July 6th I went in at 4:50 in the afternoon and the office door was locked there

Lost $250 here because of their glitchy online application program. Went in person to speak with a leasing agent about the problem and she told me the system was indeed faulty and that she couldn't find ANY of my information, even though I had filed an application TWICE. She also ADMITTED that this was a recurring problem. And this was not disclaimed anywhere on the site.
So naturally, I asked for a refund of the application fees I paid, and they refused to do so. It is a non-refundable fee, but customers are paying it with the goal of being able to complete their application - and that was not

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Apt. Mgr. Carmen and her absolutely amazing assistant mgr. Renata, as she was able to diagnose a serious discrepancy in the rent amount owed. She informed me of the error and (corrected/updated) accurately the true and legitimate amount owed. Arbor Creek is indeed very fortunate to have such a valued coworker in Renata, and I cannot thank her enough for her professional courtesy in correcting the mistake due to Corporate inaccuracies. The office staff are amazing, helpful and understanding. They've helped my brother move in during these hard times through this pandemic. They're price fairly well for its location and the amenities, my brother and his girlfriend have just enjoyed everyday living here so far. Maintenance is quick and get the job done right the first time. Emma was very helpful and thorough during the entire application process. We also just loved the gift bags and free pizza they offered us.

Well I just have to say that the office staff are very helpful and professional. They helped my mom move into an apartment during a very hard time for her. They found her a first floor within a very decent price for the amenities they provide. The pools and grounds were very clean and the maintenance have been very consistent and diligent. Their referral offers are great and my mom plans to refer family and friends. I highly recommend this place because the office staff have been great especially Days, she's nice but very straight and to the point.

We had a bad pest problem because there were holes in our sink cabinets in kitchen and bathroom that the maintenance staff wouldn't fix.
Maintenance staff are not very helpful and maybe just downright lazy. Took them two weeks too fix ac in August in Texas and it needed the fan replaced. They told us that the ac was blowing cold air and it's just Texas. Um no. It was the fan and we suffered for two weeks and our electric bill set us back and made things really hard on our family.

Do not rent in this complex! The manager does not even come out from her office! She hides in there like she is afraid to come out. She doesn't even stay for renter functions, she takes off like she has somewhere better to be than to let the residents think she cares.
These apartments aren't worth the rent they are charging for this neighborhood. I don't know how many poor reviews need to be put out there before ANYONE does anything!!!!!!

This place is horrible!!!! Pictures speak a thousand words and these are some I've taken of my downstairs apartment. I let them knw there was a leak in master bedroom, guest bathroom and mold growing on the wall. Well mold on the wall looks like they just covered it up. Carpet never got tacked back down after they replaced foam underneath and the cabinets that are falling apart in guest bathroom have not been touched, except a piece of bored getting nailed to the bottom of the cabinet as if that's gonna help it from not getting wet still. You can see wet pockets through out the apartment

There is so much to say I don't even know where to begin. To start off, I have had a knat infestation for about a month now. I reported it when the problem first occurred. At first there were a few knats flying around the kitchen. That quickly turned into millions of knats that sit on my dining room wall, backsplash, hover around the garbages (no matter how often we take them out). Now my apartment is clean. I clean probably 3 times a week and so I have no idea why these bugs have chosen me. My pantry is absolutely infested with them. All food items (roughly $300 worth of food) is now going

The other reviews must be from the management staff because nobody in there right mind would give this place more than 1 star (and that's only because you can't give less than 1)!!!! Just a fair warning, if you move in here, you will regret it!!!!

I lived here for a couple of years with no problems. They have brought on a few new staff people who are very good. Ask for Skye, though--she keeps the place going.
The place is very well run, but I have to take a star for the other residents and for the neighborhood. I always felt safe, but I had to replace four windows during my stay there. I can't blame the complex for that, but you should consider that in the move.
Overall, I highly recommend Arbor Creek. Very interesting layouts, very fast maintainance, and an attractive complex all the way around. You won't go wrong
