We have been in business for over 20 years, providing personal and professional services to communities throughout many counties in the Greater Baltimore area. We have a well balanced portfolio ranging from small single family home residential communities to large condominium associations, commercial properties, and leasing and management of individual rental properties.

Neighborhood Property Management was originally run under the name of Lee Madairy CPA. The CPA firm has been in business for over 30 years. In May of 1997, I joined the firm with the intent of forming a property management division that specialized in management of Homeowners Associations, Condominiums, and rental properties.
Many single family and townhome communities do not need or want the same set of services that are geared more towards a condominium. Since there is no common ownership in the physical units (homes), when you live in a homeown.
