We just moved here and so far everything is so good! The staff is very welcoming and you get a Christmas present too❤️. We just love how big the apartments are. Big walk in closets, bedrooms are huge too.The spacious makes it so easy to arrange/be creative with how you want your home to be!
We also appreciate how we got a new carpet and the space was very clean before we moved in! They did an amazing job especially with how much little time they had before we needed the apartment. So we truly appreciate their hardworking and delivering a great service!

This place is really badly taken care of. (Please ask for a tour before you move in) In my first month or so, I had to call for maintenance at least 5 times for issues with my bathroom, dishwasher, drawers, washing machine, windows, power etc.
IMO there are a ton of better apartments in the immediate area.

I moved here almost a year ago. I used to visit a friend who lived here and always loved her apartment. The minute I decided to relocate I knew this was one place I would like to live. Since living here I have not had any problems. If anything needs repaired or checked just submit a work order. I have only had cosmetic issues so I’m definitely satisfied. The rooms are large and the floor plans are versatile. I love the space in the closets and who wouldn’t want a washer and dryer in the apartment! I renewed my lease early because I don’t plan on moving until I’m ready to move to another

I’ve been here about 6 months now but i also lived here for 2 years 10 years ago and things have been great. The move in special was a real blessing for my life. The spacing is fantastic and having a washer and dryer on hand has been everything i needed. The management office is amazing i love them all and i think its safe to say they love me also 😆... Thank yal for an amazing experience here.

I have lived here for a month. There were a couple issues upon move in but the maintenance crew is awesome got everything fixed for me the first week. Ask for TaShari(she is the best). No parking issues and the apartment is super spacious (2/2). Complex is quiet and I have 2 friendly neighbors. Pet friendly and I had a good move in special. Some things are a little outdated but for the price, this is the best deal in town

I love living here! I just recently moved back here last month after moving out in 2018. I’ve always enjoyed living here. Never had any problems. The location is great! Minutes from down town, and very close to upscale neighborhoods, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Really reasonably priced apartments that are spacious and very well kept. I love that they spray for bugs and never had a problem with any kind of pests. The staff and maintenance are amazing! They are so friendly and make you feel welcomed. I’m so happy to be a resident here again.

I lived here for 2 years. When I first moved in it was ok. But after about a year the place was renting to a bad clientele. Shootings, break ins and just bad people. Management didn't care about the issues. One time a girl was getting abused out aside my door. I broke it up and separated everyone till the cops got there. The person that was abusing this girl was allowed to stay and live there. Until he tore up the place and didn't pay his rent. Management could care less.

The floorplans are spacious, pet friendly establishment that is 5 minutes from the Dog Park. Location is key and you get that at Vantage Point without sacrificing too much money for it. Definitely recommend Vantage Point to anyone who wants to be close to downtown. They even have preferred employer discounts and there's nothing wrong with saving money!

Poor service. We made an appointment to tour the apartments at 5 pm via their website. We got in at 445 pm and patiently waited for the receptionist to help another couple until 515 pm. At 515, she was ready for us but informed us that they don't give tours after 5. I told her that we had an appointment at 5 and were there 15 minutes early but the staff made us wait. They did not care and told us to come back another time.
We both left our jobs over an hour early to make it to the tour and completely wasted our time. Don't make the same mistake as us.
