If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My lease is up in October, and there is no way I will re-lease. There have been many, many issues, but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I came home for my lunch break and the door was unlocked. Without any notice, a maintenance team came in and locked up my cat without food or water for who knows how long and removed cabinet doors from the cabinets that were already installed. I call the office and they say they'll talk to maintenance. Later, I get home from work- this time not only is my door unlocked, it's open. Thank God my cat didn't run

The complex is under new management and everyone I have dealt with so far have been unreliable except for a temp that is not there anymore. You have to stay on them to get anything done.
Update: After a month, nobody from the owner has contacted me as stated in owner response. Plus, there are 8 ratings since we were bought and 6 of those are 2 stars or less. And one of those seems to have been a new tenant. I wonder if that resident’s opinion is still the same. My new rating so far is 0 stars. The above tells me that the owners and local management do not care about the residents in this complex

I am very disappointed with the Everly apartments. I put in a work order about a water leak and my thermostat not working October 28,2019 and no one has come to fix the issue. The water is so bad that I have to have rain boots to get to the bathroom. I have never seen maintenance not fix an issue and I have been here since 2016. The apartment is not livable because of the water leaking, the thermostat not working and the BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. I have never experience anything that this with River Park Apartments.

Out of the over 20 years of community unit living, I've never experienced such mismanagement and deception intent in my lifetime. I was shown a unit on the second floor available but needed a ground floor with a washer/dryer inside as I attempted to rebuild after Fairfield Apartments in West Little Rock intentionally flooded their own units, evidently to collect reimbursement for unit or full building upgrades.
Ironically tucked within the high profile area of Garden District Little Rock, but no way attracting or retaining tenants with any priority

Car break-ins are a problem for complex. Office staff enters apartments at time without permission and without leaving notice. The good news is that when there is a maintenance issue they get it done right away. Overall it's a quiet place to live and would recommend cameras for the inside of your apartment.

I lived here for 1.5 years. I left because I had a unfriendly neighbor and that is all I am going to say about it. I have no complains from the office. Vicky and her team are very efficient and approachable. Vicky seems to know all the tenants which is nice. I really liked the admin staff at River Park. The property is kept clean and maintenance is great. They could be a little more selective with their tenants though but overall is a good place to live.

Lived here for two years and absolutely loved the experience! From my time as a prospective tenant to actually being one, the staff has always been professional and courteous. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Maintenance requests are quickly responded to. The appliances are older, but I didn't have any major issues out of them. Not a lot of disturbances, but if there ever are any, management swiftly responds. It's in a great location, bordering the River Trail and a few miles away from the Big Dam Bridge. Ms. Vicky is literally the best landlord I've had, and her staff are all great people
