Welcome to the Historic Albert Pike Residence Hotel located downtown Little Rock, Arkansas! This building was named after Albert Pike- A confederate military officer. He was also an attorney, writer, and Freemason. Also, a judge of the Arkansas Supreme Court. The hotel was built in 1929. In 1976 the hotel received a Section 231 loan from HUD and the National Register of Historic Places by the US Dept. of the Interior in 1978.
At Albert Pike Residence Hotel, we are excited about the positive changes we are making to our community. Albert Pike Residence Hotel is a 130 unit multi-family, independent living, housing community providing rental assistance for the elderly (62 years and older) and people with disabilities through the HUD Project-based Section 8 and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs.

Im giving it a 3 because it was where my gramma useto live and i have a lot of happy childhood memmories there. but i also have a memory of one particular dark and creepy door way that id have to pass to get to her room. does any one else recall this spot im talking about? i dont recall much else about it or where it was just a realy dark and realy big creepy area in the hotel.
