Let’s start out saying my first year with them was phenomenal, the apartment was clean, I had to loops to jump through, it was a overall nice experience…. The following year I started having issues with Maintenance and Management, I had a door that the lock needed to be replaced because l couldn’t unlock my door for two weeks, the day I come to try it again, my key snaps in half, and when I called management that morning they said to call me if my key does not work, I gave management a call and the gentleman had no idea management already switched out the lock, so I’ve been locked out because

This is one of the most poorly managed apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The apartments are very competitive for the price and I do like the apartment itself. I do not, however, enjoy the office staff that manages the complex. On multiple occasions that have been rude with me, failed to respond to requests, arbitrarily enforce rules, or treat you like a number rather than a person. The also like to enforce the "community standards" that are not reduced to writing, so the standards are whatever they want them to be. For example, I was threatened to be fined for having a bicycle on my patio

When I first moved in, there were several issues that needed to be addressed. The manager, Ashley, was on it immediately and helped to get all of my issues resolved! The maintenance staff has been so great. Adam, from the maintenance crew, went above and beyond to help me! Jessica from the office has also been extremely helpful in my moving process. Overall, I’m loving living here!!

When I moved in, the apartment wasn't clean. Paint splatter all over the floor and the shower drain was so rusted that it wouldn't stay open. They did their best to fix this as soon as possible. Toward the end of my lease, the fridge started to sound like an air compressor and was so loud that it would wake me up throughout the night, even with the bedroom door closed. I reported it to maintenance multiple times and was informed that "fridges do make a low humming noise when they run." Since they clearly didn't believe that I knew what a fridge should sound like, I sent them a video. They never

Was not given full instructions on move in procedure which delayed process — MUST have electrical confirmed and admin/app fees paid before you can sign lease and get keys. This was not communicated prior to showing up to move in.
We were also given keys that did not work, so had to wait on maintenance another 30 minutes to arrive with the correct key at move in.
Could have gone much better.

My fiance and I just moved out of the Racquet Club in May. Our lease ran through July but it was so horrible we decided to move out a few months early. From the very beginning management was terrible. The apartment basically fell apart within the first few months. We had maintenance over at least 2x/month to fix something.. usually the same things over and over. We had so many problems with bugs and rodents. Our drains were always clogged and at one point every door in the hour was broken. The last straw for us was a mite infestation due to a water leak in our kitchen that they did not properly

I have asked for maintenance for over two weeks. I came to the office three times to ask about my request, they keep telling me today or tomorrow, and the last time I called they told me they will call me back and they never called. My right to have privacy at my home I ask for replacing the blinds and I still waiting. This is not the first time, every time I ask for maintenance takes too long. I never was late to pay my rent, if I pay late you will for sure charge me a late fee. But when you are late to do your job I get nothing, instead I get someone talk rudely with me. Right N? NOTES DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have never written a negative review on Google or Yelp or any of these review services but I made this account strictly for the reason to spare anyone the future frustrations of dealing with this place.
To start, when I signed up, they offered us free coffee in the lounge area every morning, free massages on Mondays, access to the bar and restaurant, the spin room that offered tons of workout programs for the projector screens, a jacuzzi and a pool with an outside bar in summer time, racquet club courts and many more amenities that me and my fiance were excited to try

The Racquet Club Apartments are perfectly located in central Kentucky near Heartland which makes it an ideal location. It is close to everything including the University of Kentucky, shopping, grocery stores, post office, the Summit, Fayette Mall and fabulous restaurants. I have lived here for 2 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. My neighbors are friendly and hospitable. The amenities are always available and are great! The pool and clubhouse are spacious, clean and inspire you to stay healthy with an active lifestyle. The new management team are more than helpful and address concerns and

If there were zero stars I would have used it. This place is ridiculous. The rent is outrageous based on the "amenities" found on site. OK, it has a restaurant great. The food sucks and is overpriced. Free Starbucks in the clubhouse is a definite plus, except you have to go in there to get it. The whole place smells like a gym after you get past all of the potpourri in the office. The "computer lounge" consists of 2 computers which are always occupied by a handful of unattended kids. The gym and racquet ball courts are very nice and well kept. The "basketball court" on the other hand is a hoop
