I am a new resident, been here about 1 month. Pool and clubhouse always closed. They do not notify anyone of closures just add huge chains with locks to the doors. The landscaping is so over grown. It is really sad, because it really is a beautiful area and the complex could be so nice but it seems to be on a decline. It would be nice just to be able to use the pool, clubhouse or theatre room— or even have a package delivered to the Amazon package room. Management is hit or miss. Overall if you are paying 2500+ for an apartment - you might want to look at a place with actual amenities that can

We love the location. Its great for walks with the kids and close enough to the freeways. Both pools and the splash pad are awesome in the heat!! We haven't really used the gym much but they have 2 with a variety of machines that appear to always be working. The dog park is big and the other side of the complex has a dog washing station. There is a little play area for the kids too. The staff is super friendly and maintenance is quick to fix an issue when I put a work order in. My only suggestion are speed bumps or a sign to slow down in the parking lot... there are also bbq areas spread around

Have definitely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because of overall price and location, but this was when amenities were actually accessible. Used to enjoy movie nights in theater room but that was closed for longest time, filter for water purification bottle refill station has been glowing red for I don't know how long, plus I'm not sure the cleaning is really conducted as regularly as it should. Club house is no longer available and/or has some silly restrictions so just not sure why we've had to pay for these things all this time if they haven't been open for use and/or maintained

Poor customer serivce, nyc based business, no clue how to operate, they removed the cabanas by the pool, removed chairs by the grills, claim they clean everything and wont allow guests due to covid-19 but my 2 year old son could clean better

Really pretty area, worked at Intel so the commute was not an issue. I seem to have had the same problem as others; management (especially the old management) was not friendly or prompt. The repair guys were great. Sentinel management team are way better from my interactions with them (minus the “you should have done…” individuals… seems really hit or miss)! But when I moved in a few years ago the apartment was an absolute disaster… lot of nice areas around if you work nearby would be smart to look. Sentinel team seems good, so if they keep it up not a bad place to live.

Place looks great. Good price. I'm looking to move in sooner than later. The staff who I know I was bugging with so many questions was patient, polite and more than helpful. The are has a lot to offer. I haven't found a better looking and priced apartment in the Ocotillo area. A+

Great place to live! The apartments are spacious and updated. Amazing amenities and the perfect place to live if you have kids. They have a splash pad and a playground along with 3 amazing pools, 2 gyms, and a yoga studio. Not to mention the movie theater, dog park, and pet spa. I’m sure I’m missing other amenities, but they truly have it all! Office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional. Neighbors are very friendly and you cannot beat the lake views!
