I wanted to write this review to acknowledge the maintenace team, especially Julio and Juan. They are always quick to respond to our maint. request and never leave a mess. Moreover they are friendly and always have a great attitude. When we see them around the property they never fail to greet us with the greeting of the day and I just want to say Thank You for what you all do for us.

We first moved in. Everything was fine until some white men follow me and my family to the third floor remind you he stay on the second floor. I ask him is there a problem, he went back down the stairs never answered me. That's the first week. Now a month in two months we started having ants in our apartment starting in the laundry room. Under the dryers was nothing but dog food from previous owner who was staying here. Remind you I don't have a dog. Now it's ants all in my living room and bathroom I don't know how. When I first moved here I loved it. About a year in I hate it. My neighbor smokes pot daily like cigarettes and she’s a teacher with a 6 yr old child in the apt. You walk out or drive up into the property and you will smell it. Even the maintenance guys are high and smell so strong of pot anytime they come and fix something. People always driving up all hours playing rap music loud and yelling all hours after being out like it’s a party. The property always has trash around. The pool always has so many people. My experience was horrible. My apartment had endless mold issues, bugs and cracked walls. The apartment maintenance is horrible in my opinion. And on my way out I was stuck with a large bill because I did not read the 'fine print'. I can only speak to my experience and I will keep this short because it is not personal.

I would like to give a shout out to the maintenance team member Julio! Last week our AC was not working properly and he showed up less then 2 hours after submitting a request and had the problem fixed quickly and did so with a kind demeanor. I really appreciated his dedication to help us so quickly especially during the summer!

Worst apartment management I have ever experienced. DO NOT RENT HERE. Got back from a weekend vacation to all of our belongings scattered throughout the apartment due to a flood, in which we had NO CLUE affected our apartment. No calls, emails, nothing. Absolutely horrible.

I just want to leave my comment about the maintenance guys and above all I want to emphasize Mr. Julio who answered the call when my air conditioning in my apartment did not work anymore, the wine and said that he would fix it with great kindness, education and respect, that Day he did everything possible to repair it, however that escaped his hands since the unit did not work, then he said that he was going to notify it and that the next day he was going to come first thing in the morning he would be here to assemble the new unit, and it was like that The day before, I was in my apartment early

Dwande Hawthorne, is a Leasing PROFESSIONAL. Initially, I worked with another lease agent and there was confusion with the amount of rent I was to pay and the special I was to receive. I went back in and Ms. Hawthorne got me all straightened out. She put together my move-in package and went over everything in detail. I am so happy to have met her. She knows the business! And, she is very funny. I will enjoy staying here, the amenities are great - playground for the kids! And I was told that the maintenance staff is on point, there are more than five on site. Thank you Ms. Hawthorne ;-)

Save yourself the trouble and don't stay at Vintage Park Apts. The complex is not what it seems. They nickel and dime you to death! I always took my shoes off upon entering my apartment, I have no pets, nor children, and I thoroughly cleaned my apartment upon moving out. Nevertheless, I was charged a carpet cleaning fee for what would be the normal cleaning they would have to do between tenants. (The carpet is vey old and outdated and should be removed entirely). In addition, I was charged a water filter fee for the water filter they put in for the next tenant. They also have a roach problem

Let me just say that Ms. D (Dwande) was amazing. We'd just come from a terrible tour experience at a another complex in the Vintage Park area after looking at about 5 others and I was about ready to give up. I saw that the office was closed due to Covid so I called to see if they were doing any kind of tours at all and she was able to get us in 15 minutes later. She gave me about 3 different options to choose from and I loved them all. She asked me what was important to me and really took the time to give me the best options they had available

I just moved into my new apartment this past weekend, and I'm very satisfied with my new space. The apartment is the most clean I've seen a new apartment on a move in. My only real issue is on day one my dishwasher wasn't working, but my leasing agent Bryan has been responsive in helping get this fixed.
Overall, I would recommend the Vintage Park Apartments to someone who is looking for great value per square foot, a nice location, and quiet neighbors.

I've been living here for about five months now and just want to say that the complex is beautiful, and I am in love with my apartment. The office staff is always sooo nice and keeps us updated on everything fairly well, and it's always a pleasure meeting with them. The pool is by far my favorite thing about the community, but the only thing is that the hot tub bubbles don't work (not much of an inconvenience since it doesn't knock the 5 stars down any). I have lived here since December 2016. The community has really gone down drastically. My view from my apartment is trash everywhere. They increased our trash bill by nearly triple but did not increase the frequency of pickup. My AC stayed broken for weeks last summer. It has an annoying drip. When it was broken, it damaged the wall which they still haven't fixed. And on top of all that, they want to increase my rent payment. This is my first apartment but it is awful. I can't wait to move in June.

There should be a selection for No STARS!!! costumer service is an unbelievable nightmare! The front office reps are rude, belligerent, immature (LOSERS) ... no doubt losers with no home training, because no one corporate American would tolerate this behavior. As a matter of fact, in my adult life, i have NEVER come across such unprofessional trainers on customer service. My plan is to let others know how they are talking to their client so one ever believe what is going on at this location.

If the tenants party at night in pattern, you could call the police. What would you do if it is the leasing office manager throwing parties with the loud speakers and the loud music? This was why I moved out after the change of the management, but you might like the party and to join the crowd.
When I moved in, the carpet was not exactly professionally done as you would expect. I was there for thirty months, they never came in to shampoo the carpet even for one! Yet, when I left there they charged me for cleaning the carpet that I had rugs on all the time and vaclumed all the time.

Everything is great about these apartments except one thing. THE POOL COP. I lived in these apartments for close to a year now and have enjoyed every minute of it except for when I want to go to the pool. The apartments created a new rule that forces renters to wear a green wristband if they want to enter the pool area, which is fine but the catch is your only allowed two guests. This is where things get ugly, the cop literally walks around the pool constantly hounding people that live there about their tags and asks to see driver's license to match up your wristband to the apartment you live

The most disappointed experience--- moved in to a two bedroom from a one bedroom that was down the road. My tires had been stolen from the other apartment so we were excited about the gate and guard shack. Wanted a two bedroom for guest to have a bathroom when they visit. 1. Bathtub was broken when we moved in--5 months later still broken. Took 6 months to repair. The security gate has been broken more than it has worked. The gate just stays propped open. They have it worked on and in one day it is broken again. Now that Summer is here- pool closed ! fitness center is a joke every machine stays

I absolutely hate living here. The first year I lived here I loved it but after renewing my lease I have had nothing but issues. Rude staff, maintenance issues and the on call emergency maintenance line is a joke. Nothing ever gets accomplished by the staff here and for how much I pay for my apartment, you would think they would at least keep up with the maintenance issues but they don't. I just spent the entire night in the heat because after being told repeatedly by the maintenance emergency line that someone would come out to fix my air, no one ever did. I have read the reviews posted here and on other sites and frankly I am just not having the same experience. These apartments are beautiful, spacious and safe. I have had to call for maintenance twice now and the problem was fixed before the end of the day. The staff in the office is friendly and helpful and polite There is no bug problem at all and the grounds are perfectly maintained. Avoid at all costs. Extremely unethical practices. I lived at Vintage Park for 1.5 years and would consider myself a good tenant. However, after closing-out, instead of a refund of my security deposit, I received the most suprising, unwarranted bill for a carpet replacement of the unit. My family and I left that unit in immaculate condition. In fact, during the "close-out" walk-thru, I commented to Genevieve that the carpet was getting worn from regular wear and tear and was the only thing looking "old". Very disappointed in the management at Vintage Park! Went in with my elderly mom to find her an apartment close by to our home in Cypress. Was quoted a " special rate " of $1275 for the 2 bedroom F apartment and when we called the next day the rate was suddenly unavailable but they had a great E apartment that we should see at $1400. This was way more then what my mom wanted to spend but she felt comfortable and secure and liked the layout. We signed an agreement and application and security deposit and waited for the approval.
