The new Valet service has an employee that stole my property out of my car. They have video of them moving my car the day of the theft but because they moved it out of view of the security cameras they don’t have sufficient evidence to fire them so that person still works there. This is according to another valet employee because the manager has refused to give me the video.

From initial contact to inquire information pertaining to moving to the NV to the moving process to living in the NV, Taryn has gone above and beyond to make sure that my roommate and I feel welcome in our new home. From making sure that we understood our lease to communicating with us about parking spots, Taryn efficiently walked us through all the information we needed to know about to move in. When it came to move in day, Taryn was ready for us and had everything prepared before we moved into our apartment. Seeing Taryn everyday always ready to help reconfirms our decision to move to the NV

I have lived here for 3 years. Yes, the management and front desk turnover is brutal. It is like that at most places so as long as the place is clean and I can find someone to open the door for my package its cool.
The amenities here are great when available. Deck is spacious, yoga room, bbq, conference room and indoor spaces are all nice. Pre Covid there were no restrictions and the place was spotless. Greystar has been way more conservative than other buildings during this lockdown but it is what it is.
My main complaint here is sadly amenity related. The turf dog area with sprinklers and dog

Stay away from this place! Awful management - their staff turnover results in no action being taken to rectify issues in the building. Noise violations ignored, random strangers in the building with no masks - ignored again. Greystar is the worst management company I had ever to deal with, all while they are fast the collect rent and fees. Zero customer service and overpriced building with minimal amenities. Try elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Mr. Joel, leasing person should have change his name to Mr. Rip off. At the time that I submitted the application, the price of unit#1412 was $1565 for 12 months lease. But after I got approved he sent a welcome letter that my rent is $1700??? This guy is the worst leasing agent that I've ever met. Very bad customer service. I have to be patient a lot with him. I waited 2days for him to respond my short email. Sometime I have to call him instead to ask if he get my email and please answer in a nicest way that I could. He ignored my questions, I have to emails again. Maybe

I have lived in these apartments over a year and they have high turnover of staff and a lot of times very unprofessional. The first woman who rented me an apartment was paid to leave and go to another location because a wealthy racist tenant harassed her. That person lived here with someone and was not on a lease but was belligerent and drunk most of the time I encountered him. The remaining leasing staff Taylor and Jordan complained until they found other places to work. None of the original staff still work here. The apartments are overpriced and the elevator is always broken. Imagine having

I just moved into the NV and I am very happy with the choice I made. Location is great, and the building is kept clean and sanitized. Amenities are shut down but right now but there is everything you need for social gatherings and fitness. The leasing team has been friendly and very helpful in the process of finding units, moving in, and getting settled.
One of the biggest benefits during these times is that there are 3 elevators, and they are all abnormally big and fast. I've never encountered too many people in the elevator or waiting for one.

I am currently living in the NV with a lease ending soon. We will have been here for just over 2 years at that time.
Yes, the staff has been super challenging for sure due to the very high turnover. The staff when we moved in was amazing! One moved to the Modera Pearl so check that out as he was spectacular. It was a sad day when he left.
As for current staff, We rarely see the manager, I heard we had one but who knows. As for the rest of them, I made the mistake of getting upset when they signed for a package they didn't actually receive. My only point is don't sign for it

If you haven't considered this property in your search for a new home, you are doing yourself an injustice. The property is stunning, it boasts the most beautiful lobby in Portland which includes their complimentary Wine Bar (5:00-7:00 PM), spectacular decor and gourmet coffee machine. The gym is large and very well equipped, they have a yoga & dance studio, and the most amazing roof lounge with stainless grills, huge TV and a beautiful indoor kitchen with dual sliding doors to open up on those perfect summer nights. I love the apartments as well, and they are nicer than any other Pearl district

I wish the rating system was an integer scale, if you know what I mean. I would seek housing elsewhere. There are superior apartments in the neighborhood: read Block 17 and Modera Pearl.
The current management team is aloof and smug; I say current because Greystar, the firm on property, has retention issues. During our six month stay at NV, the administrative group has been reconstituted three times. In fact, the building was without a manager for three months, which made resolving habitability issues difficult.
After my wife and I moved in, we began to notice flaws that should have been discovered

Not renewing our lease, for the simple the fact that the place is poorly managed, severely understaffed and staff is too overworked.
Safety is the first reason...
Recently, a car was broken in to what should've been a secured parking lot. There is no security at night and sketchy strangers have been looking around the lobby's. I recently called about consistent noise issues from my neighbor and management did nothing about it. Late night parties have gotten so bad that neighbors have had to call the police because there is no security or staff to control it.
Poor service is the second

My wife and I moved into the NV in July and we were immediately impressed with both the quality of the property and the performance of the management team. Having once been in the property management business, we think we have fairly high standards for properties and the folks who run them. In our initial months’ residence, our expectations were almost always met, and more often than not, exceeded. Now, a half year later and the initial “glow” worn off, we are especially pleased that our initial impressions have only been enriched and strengthened by life in this wonderful place.

Gorgeous views. Amazing units, well priced... Amenities Galore. I was still in shock at the price for this area. This is also a very dog friendly apartment complex. They have an excellent area upstairs for the community with games, a large BBQ area with seating, multiple fire pits... Even a chair swing.

I am the Community Manager for a competing complex. Being new to the area, I wanted to get a feel for the other communities in the area and scheduled a tour at NV.
When I walked in, I was immediately drawn to all the detail and art work in their lobby. It was stunning. Both the leasing manager and the community manager greeted me and warmly welcomed me to Portland as though they were extended family. I was absolutely impressed with the genuine kindness from the team here.

These apartments are pretty fancy. It all starts at the entryway with larger, open, and inviting entry. There are few couches and chairs, so it's a nice gathering place. There are three elevators, so the wait will be short. The apartment that I saw was nice with majestic views, but there was nothing special about it. The location of the building is perfect and close to everything. The third floor patio area was probably the best thing about the building and surrounded the whole outside. One would have to be of very high income to afford to live here...

My family of 2 adults and 2 young kids have lived at the NV apartments since the end of March 2017. The staff have been so helpful, and gone above and beyond to make our experience a wonderful one -- while being short staffed, I have noticed the building manager pitching in with building maintenance and front desk staff taking the time to get to know residents personally. It's obvious that the staff take pride in their jobs and where they work. The daily wine bar has been a great way to meet our building neighbours and build friendships. I would definitely recommend NV apartments to anyone looking

We were anticipating the opening of the NV and now that the elevators are functional to the higher floors and it is fully open we scheduled a tour.
The building is 26 stories, no balconies, large windows and views on the upper floors.
The lobby is extremely large, spacious and beautiful. There are restrooms, many sitting areas, fireplaces, leasing offices, mailroom and the kitchen area for the happy hour they host every day. They have a really cool electronic wine dispenser
Parking is rough but hey it's the Pearl. If you are a tenant there is parking under the building for monthly
