Although I've had a few issues with the building, my biggest complaint is the sound transfer through walls, specifically the ceiling. I could hear every footstep, vacuum cleaner, anything rolling on the floor. When kids run across the room the thumps are so thunderous it shakes the lights and vents, it would literally wake me up each morning they were there, around 7:15am. It would interfere with my work calls and video chats because my microphone would pick up the sound of footsteps. I also never had visitors over because I was embarrassed by interrupting footsteps. I wore my sound canceling

I have lived in this apartment complex for about a year in a half. I will start with the good things. Very convenient location with a grocery store and everything you really need within walking distance. As for the apartment amenities up and down. Sometimes they work sometimes not. Hot tub has very weak jets if not none. As for the negatives the staff can be very rude and unprofessional with attitude. Makes it uncomfortable and hard to work with them when a issue arises and that can be often. Also there’s some structural damage that is taking over my patio. So now I can’t enjoy that. Just some

Did not end up living there but I was blown away at the customer service and how nice everything was. Cassiopeia was super knowledgeable and helpful, she went above and beyond trying to help me even through technical difficulties trying to submit my application. Her follow up was also very fast. Would be a great place to live.

This place is a joke! EVERYTHING is broke. I had to call to be let in the building because the key fob system is broke. The main garage door is broken and is very inconvenient. THEFT is a big problem here, from the day we moved in we had a package stolen from outside our door. Bikes have been stolen out of the locked bike room. Oh and cars are getting broken into. Definitely not worth what they're trying to charge. If you're looking for a place to move definitely don't move here. I can't get out fast enough!

I've been living here for a year, and initially we were enjoying the apartment and community. Communication with the management team was seamless and issues were often resolved in a timely manner. Unfortunately, they left or were replaced, and I am regretting not moving out when I had the opportunity to do so last month. Trash has been building up inside and outside of the building and at one point the garbage chute on the 3rd floor was filled to the point where the chute would not close. Our floor smells like animal urine, I've been locked out on several occasions because my key fob

I moved into West 38 Apartments in August, 2020. I live in my beautiful Apartment with my Cat, Link. I Love the cleanliness, covered secure parking, Swimming Pool and close location to Denver and The Mountains. All the West 38 Staff are always king and friendly when I engage with them. I have a unbeatable view of the Mountains from my West facing 4th Floor Balcony. Would highly recommend West 38 for a clean new place to live!

Well here's how the story goes.
Moved in here last October, everything was "great". No real problems, great location and neighbor.
Well. About 2 days ago their was a leak in my closet coming from the light fixture. This started around midnight, I called maintenance. They came but didn't have a ladder that was sufficent enough height for him to work on, so he just put a bucket. Next day plumber came around 4:30pm. He had no communication about the issue so he wasn't prepared. Said he'd be back in the morning and that I shouldn't worry too much about the stuff

I toured West 38 the other day with Clay. He was incredibly kind and helpful. He showed me several different units to see what would accommodate me best and even helped me measure and tape out where my furniture would be. Having a helpful staff seems to be one of the most important things on these reviews and these guys went above and beyond, really helped ease my stress in an incredibly stressful time. The apartment complex is GORGEOUS, surrounded by tons of green space for dogs, has a great pool with a beautiful patio, a cozy rooftop with a perfect view of the mountains, and so many more amenities
