Very disappointed in this place. My friend and I invested a lot of time and energy trying to sign a lease here. I got calls from three different people throughout the course of our application process, none of which seemed to have spoken to each other to know the details of what had been discussed prior. Each one had a different story as to what we needed or where we were at in the process. Then they tried to charge us more when we had already received and agreed on a quote. They gave us the run around for an entire week after we applied and eventually ghosted. Super bummer because we were really

I have lived here since October 2020 and I love it. I'm a single man and the one bedroom works perfectly for me and really accommodates a single person very well. And my closest/laundry room is amazing. The staff are very polite and maintenance is always prompt. Only thing that I dont like at all is the parking situation. It's really frustrating that the lot is not included in the rent. I dont understand how you can build a complex on a street and expect all the home owners around you to compromise the parking outside there home for the 100s of residents that live here. Absolutely loved living here the past year +! It’s by FAR the most well maintained property I’ve ever rented from, Beamer & Sean are awesome to work with and extremely responsive, and it’s incredibly dog friendly (see pic of large off leash dog park on property). Great amenities and friendly community, highly recommend

I’m super impressed with West Line Flats - Specifically Sean in the leasing office and the maintenance crew. Within a few days, maintenance built and painted custom shelves for my apartment for more storage. I have accidentally had Hello Fresh delivered while I was at work and instead of panicking to try to get home in the middle of the day to put meat in my fridge, the leasing office has had my back and placed it in my fridge helping me out so much. It’s my first apartment on my own & I’m super happy here!

My fiance and I have lived at West Line Flats for close to a year and a half. We have been very pleased with our overall experience here. Whenever there is a maintenance related issue, they are prompt and friendly. The dog park & dog wash are both nice perks and the building is always well kept and clean. Definitely recommend!

Since moving in in June of this year, we've had no complaints at all. Yeah, sometimes parking is hard, but it's completely understandable for the location of the building. Juan and Manny from the maintenance crew are the best. Usually when we call for any issues, they show up within the hour and get whatever it is fixed right away. Leasing office is great and easy to work with unlike a lot of other apartment complexes that just don't care about their residents.

I've lived here with my fiance and dogs for about a year and a half and we love it! We love having the dog park just steps away and being able to use the doggy bath right after. They offer great community events and have wonderful individual patios as well as a community patio space. Would highly recommend!

I've lived at West Line Flats for almost two years now and I can't say enough good things about the property and the front office staff. With all the craziness over the past few months, they've kept up with guidelines, cleanliness, and have always been so accommodating with any concerns or maintenance needs. Current management is one of the main reasons I've decided to renew my lease at this property, definitely a well deserved 5 star!

The interiors of the apartments are beautiful and modern and management seems to be good so far. We’ve had one maintenance issue so far and they sent someone out promptly to fix the issue. One small complaint is that the trash is on the far side of the parking lot, which is a pain and seems to fill up and overflow pretty regularly.
Parking is a nightmare. You’re put on a waiting list before moving in and told it there’s never issues finding street parking but that’s not true at all. The parking spots next to the building fill up immediately and there’s not many spots on the neighboring
