Lime is a great place to call home. It's affordable and completely updated with w/d connections which I feel is hard to find. There's a fitness center, bocce ball court, fire pit area, assigned parking, and free wifi! It's a small community that's in a very convenient area and within walking distance to the light rail! Living here and working for the company that manages it has been great!

Lived here for a year and had to move out at the end of my lease due to unforeseen family problems. Came back and signed another lease. Love my apartment, love the property and the people in the community. Terri the manager is pleasant and was extremely helpful. Plan on renting here until I am able to purchase a home

Have you ever had the misfortune of living in a complex owned by a big corporation, where no ones accountable, and where you can't get a hold of the property manager when you need to? I have, and it was no picnic. That's why I was skeptical about moving into a larger complex like Lime, but my fears were quickly erased. A few months after I moved in, I started having roommate issues, serious ones. I was at my wits end, and panicking all day every day. I explained my situation to the property manager, Terri and she handled it like a champ. She had so much compassion and general savviness, and I really

I am the manager at Lime Apartments and would like to address the negative reviews. 1st, let me address the review from Carly Heeren the insurance agent who left numerous messages, Carly all the messages that you left, 5 in total were all left on the same day a day when we were not in the office. Your call was returned the next day. As a professional you should know that once you leave a message you should wait at least 24 hours before leaving another one. You are a insurance agent looking for a fax number to send insurance forms that was not a same day emergency. As the manager I would like to

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Lime Apartments, Lakewood. I leased a three-bedroom apartment for a 1 year lease.
The apartments are fantastic. All brand new appliances were installed prior to our stay. I have access to a gas grill and propane fire pit 24 hours a day. The apartments are very clean with very few prior owners.
If you are interested, I would highly recommend talking to Francesca Volante, the Leasing Manager. She has been with my roommates and I from day one. She has listened to any concerns we might have and has bent over backward to make your stay fantastic.
I would recommend
