If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never written a Google review on anything before but I was so compelled to do so here. I actually live next door in the Concordia apartments. Apparently its a common problem where Amazon delivers our packages to Sloans Lake Apartments. I am sure that this is extremely frustrating for the management staff, however when I walk over there to ask for my package the lady at the front desk was just absolutely horrible to work with. Go over there on Monday and politely ask them to check their mail room the response I get is "I'll put a maintenance request in" and

I just moved into Sloan’s Lake Apartments, and I have been EXTREMELY impressed. Sandra at the office was amazing as she helped us navigate the move-in with our trailer and answered all my questions. Marcus and Angel (I believe were their names) went above and beyond to help with questions and concerns. They pulled some strings to help us park the trailer overnight and gave us some helpful tips! Even the other residents have been nothing but nice and helpful. The apartment itself was almost exactly as I expected from the pictures online. I would highly recommend Sloan’s Lake Apartments to anyone

Nice apartments. Pricey but near the area I desire. Great management/office staff that is happy to tend to our needs. ABSOLUTELY STELLAR MAINTENANCE STAFF. Marcos and the other maintenance man (forgot his name) are a great team. These aren’t brand new apartments but the maintenance guys do a great job of having the units operating in like-new condition. Good work is hard to find these days and there is almost nothing worst than having bad maintenance staff. Sloan’s lake has the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Hope they’re kept happy, cause I know some other complexes that

I paid $215 direct deposit for an application here and I was declined. When I spoke about my refund the leasing manager said now that I've give them my money direct deposit it will take up to 3 months to get it back via check !!! I'm out raged I really was needing my money back the same way I sent because I'm in the process of moving and now I can't afford for my next application for an apartment because ty his place failed to inform me on any return policy of application !! Terrible! Beware when putting in application you might not get your money back in a reasonable time.

The main issue I had with applying to Sloan's lake was their refund process. The application is $15 and the deposit is $200. You must pay both to apply. I didn't mind the fees but when I decided not to move in I was told that my money would be sent out in a check that could take 2 weeks or 2 months. This was a major disappointment and I'll most likely not apply to any other GreyStar properties. I think that they should have a better system for people who are not residents yet.

I moved here in September and I am very happy with my apartment! The rent is totally reasonable, the location is super convenient and the staff has good communication and available when needed. The grounds are quiet, neighbors are friendly and the area feels safe.
I moved from out of state so I was only going off of pictures of the units before signing the lease. The balcony, in-unit washer/dryer and fireplace sold me on the unit and I'm delighted with all of those amenities and that it has turned out to have so much more to offer.

Overall this is a very nice apartment complex. I’ve lived here for three years - first in a one bedroom and then in a two bedroom. Price is ok - not bad for what you get. The complex is nice, fairly quiet and peaceful, with big trees and some nice amenities (dog park, dog spa, pool, hot tub). The units are fairly good - well sized and lots of amenities - in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, balcony, working fireplace. The third floor units have skylights and vaulted ceilings which I love! The management is great, super friendly and very communicative and maintenance is always quick and professional

Just moved in over the weekend and so far it has been great. The staff has been super friendly, upgraded appliances, I love the area. I used to go to school at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design so I already knew people who lived here and it was great back then. Sloan’s lake is awesome, years later is why I came back.

We moved in almost two years ago now from out of state and it’s been a very positive experience overall! The location is perfect being so close to Sloan’s Lake and we love the real wood burning fireplace in the winter. It’s very cozy and heats up the apartment well. The ladies in the office have always been easy to get ahold of and personable and friendly! Our furnace went out a couple months back and the maintenance staff was quick to help and get a part replaced!

I have lived here for 10 months now and I really enjoy everything about living here. Extremely dog friendly and the dog spa is so convenient. I love the wood burning fire place and updated appliances are really nice. I was surprised to see no microwave included, having my own washer and dryer make up for it though. I never have issues with parking or loud neighbors. Sometimes it does feel like the walls are thin but that's apartment living. Compared to my other friends that live in or near Denver, they are jealous of how great I have it here. All the ladies in the office I have interacted

I moved in this past March, and have really enjoyed living here so far. Mayra and Andrea were both very helpful during my application and move-in process. The pool and dog park are a huge plus. This is a very dog-friendly apartment community, so if you're a dog owner it's worth checking out the property. Also, the location is great! Sloan's Lake Park is 5 minutes away. It takes about 10 min to drive to downtown Denver, and it only takes about 20 min to drive to the mountains.

So far so good! I'm sad the pool is closed so early but at least the hot tub is open and (usually) functional. The neighbors I have had an opportunity to meet are very nice, while others tend to keep to themselves which is fine with me! My only negative review is the parking situation- either there are more people living in each apartment than the parking complexes can accommodate or residents are having many guests over. Regardless, the end result was that a few times this month i've had to park anywhere from right across the street on Pierce up to 3/4 of a mile away! Not great when
