Very disappointed. We came to tour in person and were very happy with the location and greenery all around the property. The unit we were able to see looked great, but we wanted to view a different floor plan when it opened the following week. The person who was showing the unit was very friendly, but they were also temping so didn't have all the info.
I called the office twice the next day and got two different people who also didn't have the answers to all my questions, but they booked a virtual tour for me. Later I called the person who was supposed to be giving my tour, and they said it had

We loved living at Sofi and actually realized just how much after me moved out of California. This review is long overdue.
We never had any issues there, and even if we did (minor maintenance) they were taken care of within just few days or even the same day. Beautifully kept grounds (you don’t appreciate this until you move out haha), you can walk to a nice trail from there, close to downtown Niles and BART.
Huge balconies and patios where we could just hangout in the evenings. Yes the apartments themselves are small but they do a good job at maintaining them. Stuff was very friendly always

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I really like this place... they do a really good job maintaining the whole apartment complex.
The landscaping job is on point therefore the place always looks clean and beautiful. Management is excellent as well as the maintenance personnel.
Rebeca and Leo are very helpful and professional, every time I have had a request or needed help with something, they have been there to help and they are always quick to respond.

This is my first venture into apartment living, and I was pretty apprehensive. After nine months, I think I can wholeheartedly recommend my new community.My one-bedroom sofi Fremont apartment is comfortable, well-built, and maintained properly. The grounds are beautiful and a pleasure to walk my dog in, when we don’t have time for a longer outings. The sense of community is palpable. Everybody is respectful of each other’s privacy, yet friendly when you meet each other out in the open. Office and maintenance staff could not be more supportive and personable. I am leaving from Sofi Fremont and it has been more than 2 Years since weve dealt with rats and the mánager never controlled it. If something goes wrong in your apartment Like toile or water, they take forever 2 montes. And if a broken refrigerator piece broken, they never change it. Lived here 3 Years and the carpet they never changed and super old and there was even nails on edges showing AMD my kids would get injured. Bills of water and trash, they will increase to 250 for IT and I am paying 200, whether you use or not, they charge you that amount per month!! Other places they dont charge that

I am living this place for 3 years. Before the management and the owner is better 100% now the new owner and management and maintenance is very terrible.. they take to long when call to resolve the problem. And I am report two years ago I have rats in the unit and never fix the problem. I am tired to report issues for this property.. the parking is very expensive. Before I don have pay parking space. Now $50 per car. And is very unsafe security. Long time ago they still car and tires every where in the complex my neighborhood his car they still the ring for the car. And him have to pay. For the

I was interested in renting an apartment in Sofi but I was concerned about security issues(it’s an open community). I called their management office to inquire about these issues, when I asked how frequent do you monitor the community at night, I was told about a patrol happening 5-6 times, when I asked for more information I was given a rude reply saying “call the cops then”.

The worst place I have ever been in, after 7 months they turn up to you and say you have a 3k balance due on the account. When contacted they say the point of contact is collection agency, when the contacted the collection agency they don’t have anything on their records. They simply mess with your rental history
