The property was brand new and still being built when I moved in so I was the first tenant to stay in my unit. The units are very nice, large bathroom which is always a plus:) and came with all appliances. This was my first apartment ever and I lived alone. I moved in May of 2015 and moved out last week. Management has changed since then and I definitely noticed a positive change in service with that change. I ended up losing my job that same year, still working part time jobs to pay my bills but I was often late with my rent. The property managers could've evicted me but they never did and continued

The biggest problem is the parking spaces they are very small people cars be getting hit no thought went into that part of management when building the complex then they try to control everything you do in your apartment you cant even live comfortably and i feel that is so sad when you pay rent they try to tell you what you cant have on your balcony this will be our last year staying out there im a grown man and i wont be treated like im a child telling me what i can and cant do when its not even serious i understand if what your doing is a problem like if a fire code is being broke or something

You want to sleep in on your day off? Nope! They start cutting grass at about 8AM on Saturday and it stops on Friday every week... well never mind it doesn't stop. They do this thing qfter watching them everyday, go over the same patch of grass about 550 times and blow the same sidewalk about 555 times. Move here if ylu don't like sleeping in on the weekends!

I used to love living here, until my upstair neighbor had a baby, every since that child was able to run that is all he does every single day and night, this child is up sometimes 12 in the morning sometimes later, I have spoken to the parents on several occasions and I also went to the rental office with complaints, it seems as if they just don't care, I pay full rent and I feel like I should have peace in my own home, I don't want anyone to get evicted from their apartment, I just to be able to sit down in my own apartment without being disturbed with stomping and running over my head all the

This place at The Pointe at Pickett Farms is a catastrophe! It one day will be a good place to call home when they get their issues in order. They don't even deserve one star.I will list only a few things that's hard for me to deal with in this complex, I could list more but it would flood this page!
1. kids playing in the street and won't move out the way of traffic, also no parental supervision at all.
2. kids putting big dents in your cars with whatever they are playing with such as :football/Basket balls- tell management about on 3 or 4 separate occasion nothing is being done. tried to talk

I moved in September 2014.
The good: the inside of the apartments are beautiful.
The bad: the leasing office/ property management are the most disrespectful people I have ever met. Last year's lease was over 4 months behind in signing and the office showed no interest of getting the paperwork for it started. The property manager, Matt, was extremely rude to me when I call him to discuss issues by cutting me off and never returning phone calls along with my favorite excuse he gives me "we are busy, it's a large apartment complex." Half the girls at the leasing office don&apos
