Wilowbrook is very quiet and all my nieghbors have been nice .Lived here fo 6+years and I've seen the difference from one mgr. to another. Hasn't been perfect, but they are very helpful as far as any maintenance. The staff is very polite. My only complaint is just one laundry facility and at my age i can't walk that all the time. May have to move somewhere where i have an in house laundry. Also this is NOT a disability approved property and they haven't made attempts to improve

By far the best place I have ever lived in the Reno area! The office staff is very kind and attentive, the maintenance staff is incredibly efficient and thorough, the rent is reasonable for the size and beauty of the apartments, no weight or breed restrictions so you can bring your fur babies with you, and the property is clean, friendly and quiet! I could not have asked for a better place to live and am very grateful that I wasn't dissuaded by all of the negative reviews that this place had. The new ownership has made this property shine and I am incredibly happy living here.

I am a current tenant at the dumpster fire that is Willowbrook Apartments; were it possible to give a no start or negative star review, I would. The management company running this hell-on-earth does not care about their tenants in the slightest and only cares about how much money they could possibly squeeze out of renters. My wife and I have been in the complex for several years and the rent prices have consistently increased with no justifiable reason, and the explanation as to why from the leasing office is "because that is what they are worth."

I was tenant at Willowbrook apartment little bit over a year since 2018. Moved out in 2019. As you are aware there is Atlantis casino behind apartment complex. During the year there are multiple festival and events with live concert stage. There will be some noise issues. There is parking issues if you work 5 days to 8 hours job must go back to your apartment complex between 430pm or 5pm if you don't most likely you will not be able to park near your unit.
For deposit,when you are moving out you will lose 50% or more from your deposit. No matter what.

Office staff are always super helpful and understanding. The maintenance service is timely and courteous, and always clean up after themselves. I am in a one one and the appartment itself is beautiful and nicely renovated. I was pleasantly surprised with the space and natural lighting. The parking although a bit chaotic isn't too inconvenient, I have to park on the street maybe once a week, if anything. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet simple space, with lots of shopping nearby!!

Im a home body work 12 hours come home eat and sleep. I love how quiet the area is I can sit on my balcony in peace. Yeah parking sucks but love that it free for all basically. The new workers and office people I like. I also like the layouts this apartments have they are roomy. It close to a lot of shopping places. The mall is close so is also the schools, Wal Mart etc . Highway right down the road. This place is the place you should look into next.

Just because they throw on new paint and carpets doesnt mean it's worth having your rent raised 3 times in less than a few months. You pay way to much to not have a parking space, the pool is always closed, the gym is staright trash with only 2 working machines, the walls are way too thin and neighbors steal from you. I would personally never live here again or let anyone I know live here. If you don't speak Spanish its like you don't exist, makes me ashamed to even be Mexican. Let's not forget the ROACHES

If I could give it less than one star trust me I would . These Apts. are roach infested the plumbing is always breaking. They stole my bike. Everything here is honestly garbage don't even get me started with management , rudest group of women you'd ever meet they're nice at first just to get you to sign the lease but after words sheesh don't get me started . Worst experience I've ever had at any apt. Smh .

Since new management has taken over at Willowbrook, things are really looking up. The property is looking much better and being taken care of, which it never was before. The management staff is always courteous and professional. Vernor, the new Manager, is without a doubt, one of the kindest and hardest working managers I have ever seen at an apartment complex. Willowbrook was in pretty run down shape when they took over and they are working to make it better. My husband and I have been there nearly 6 years and what a major improvement!! If you are looking to lease an apartment here I would definitely NOT recommend this place. The employees are THIEVES and DISHONEST . Unless you want to get your belongings STOLEN I suggest you find a better living complex. Don't let the cheap rent fool you, you pay what you get for and they make up for it by STEALING your personal belongings. My iPad was STOLEN and tracked to the apartment office. The police were called but the employees denied everything. GPS trackers don't lie...the iPad was going back and forth inside their office and was turned off once they knew the cops were

Eight months after my previous 1-star review citing a broken disposal, bathroom fan and stove, only the stove has been fixed--and supports for two drawers in the kitchen have broken, so the drawers rest on the framework below. management has made NO attempt to repair anything or offer an explanation. I like the apartment itself, and the location is convenient for me, but I can't believe the crappiness of the staff.

I moved into Willowbrook Apartments 12/01/2015... so far the heat doesn't work?, the office and maintenance people told me the heat is not
efficient for a townhouse and the window leak too much; they came to repair my ceiling heater in my bathroom, they broke and abandoned the switches and left me an old lamp; my refrigerator was broken almost 1 month, they said they couldn't get parts; my oven door is smashed in; my dishwasher door is smashed in; urine is running out from under my toilet, the maintenance person removed some chalking
and left the trash on my floor; my kitchen sink was

Don't even CONSIDER renting at Willowbrook Apartments. I moved in 16 Dec and within less than 24 hrs I found out this is not a safe place for people or pets. I was jumped on by an uncontrolled pitbull, glad my gentle 60 lb dog was not with me. Heat was not working properly in apt and it is down to freezing at night now. Handyperson Jo Jo tried her best to make it right, she is not the problem, she is trying to FIX the problems. Management sucks. Complex is full of vicious dogs, on first day here two Reno PD vehicles pulled up to the other end of my building, not a good sign. I went to the

THE worst place to live! All the landlord does is harrass! Her name is shanisha! Literally a horrible person! Tries to charge you for things to get fixed and pay a pet deposit when you dont even have a dog! Just to get money out of you!
