Tina is the best manager of Cortland Estates! I appreciate her positive manner. She is very professional yet kind. Tina keeps the apartment buildings and apartments well maintained. These are the best apartments you will find within the county of DeKalb. I have lived here a little over three years and the management has finally found a great group of people that work here. Great job Tina!!!

This place is truly a disgrace… the property manager walks in and out of your house when she feels like, they never clean up behind themselves and something in my apartment was stolen and I reported it and they have still failed to report back to me because I’m pretty positive the property manager took it 😭 I really thought this was an amazing place but us tenants are not treated with respect just don’t understand.. all in favor for new management… that woman needs to be fired

My experience here was terrible please save your money and move elsewhere. The manager that is here is very rude, and she’s very unprofessional. The tenants allow their pets and children to run all through the halls. This place is roach, and rat infested. The toilets are always overflowing and maintenance never comes to fix anything.. please save yourselves the disrespect and the heartache . Us people want a comfortable place to settle but how can we

So when I first moved in here, last year, I honestly was not impressed with how the management ran this place. I just wanted to say, ever since Heather Eveland has started managing the property here there has been wonderful improvements made! She is super kind in the office, easy to interact with and always helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. She has truly made this a better place to live. Also, if you have kids this is a good place for your kids to meet others. The other parents i've met that live here have been friendly.
